part of my anxiety routine is watching at least one of your videos...puts me in a better mindset! Also your cooking is inspiring me to do more cooking myself and trying to eat healthier. When I went through my first severe episode of existential anxiety/DPDR 3 years ago I suffered from an intense food aversion. But learning to enjoy the process of eating healthier and making homemade meals really put the gratitude back into eating and having access to good food, just as you mentioned. Thank you, Robin!
I am glad you mentioned the crying part as sometimes I feel I need to also. I love your interactions with Arturo, sweet dog!! Snuggles with pets are so wonderful!!
love this 🤍 lately my anxiety and dissociation have been very strong and i’ve been finding that i have a harder time in the evenings so thank you for this 🤍 so therapeutic
That's super normal. Try to not run from those feelings in distractions but let yourself feel off. It will get better once you start really working through your anxiety. Wishing you the best!
Definitely felt the same way. Im still recovering from existential anxiety and whatnot and i definitely have trouble seeing the point to pushing on with life at times. It will absolutely get better, i can guarantee you that, even if me saying that now might not mean much because its hard to have hope when you're in that state of mind. Try to keep going for just one more week and see how you feel. You might not feel like yourself again, but very likely at least a little better. Hope is not a delusion or distraction, its simply what those thoughts make you believe in the moment, and that moment will pass eventually
I’ve been feeling the exact same way. I’m sorry you’re also dealing with this but I hope it brings you some small comfort to know you are not alone no matter what you’re going through or how you’re feeling.
