I know you posted this a while ago, but thank you so much for taking your time to try to help others out there who may also feel they are in a burnout! I love this video already and I just wanted to say your voice is very calming too, I hope you're doing great 🫶
There have been soooo many changes in my life lately, and I’ve been feeling a bit like I’m loosing control. This was such a great reminder to re-establish those habits that center us. Thank you!
I got this set from this company called Nuude, but to be honest I found a similar pajama set at Target cheaper. I do love the material though but definitely on the pricier side.
ive never been able to build routine or habits that i do even semi regularly and I'm not sure how to fix that. Ive been in therapy for 8 years and i have never had a sense of routine in my life. even throughout school i never did any home work, didnt wake up on time and regularly missed about a dozen days a month. I dont do anything i just sit and stare for 12+ hours a day. i dont doom scroll, i dont even have social media except youtube. and i really just dont know what to do at this point because life has been agonizing since my first conscious memory for me. everything from turning on a light, taking a sip of water, going to the bathroom, sitting down/standing up, to anything more complex requires sometimes hours of preparing to do mentally in order to actually accomplish the task. I try to do things to eliminate decision fatigue and burnout but those things cause me decision fatigue and burnout in themselves. even breathing and blinking have been things I've had to put conscious effort into for as long as I can remember
Routines are had so don't be so hard on yourself. I hope this video had some ideas for you it's okay not be a routine person. Sometimes its okay to reevaluate a new mental health professional if we see you don't find yourself making progress.
You are very emotionally burned out. I can relate. You just have to eliminate as much stress in your life as possible, avoid overstimulating activities and do nothing for a while until your nervous system regulates.

@@ellel6865 thank you for taking the time to write such a kind and thoughtful comment ❤️🫶
Thank you for making a down to earth routine video. I've watched this vid a few times to remind myself that self-care doesn't have to be glamarous.
Glad it was helpful!

Another great video! Where did you get pajamas? Looks cozy.
