Sirish that's the most basic practical tips 💡 for indian cars..about spin. No 1 has ever ever described how to spin indian car's, Like you read our minds what actually we need.. Thank you.
use it whenever you think the engine will stall. Normally with fwd cars, using the throttle will end the drift. So when sliding, use the clutch to prevent the engine from shutting off
I am 100% obsessed with drifting/sliding my Diesel Altroz using handbrake in shopping mall parking lots, as they have a nice slippery smooth surface, I know it's really fun even if its not an actual drift 😍
I miss doing this on village roads in my 2008 City. Now all village roads in Himachal have potholes. And doing this uphill is a lot safer. I wish they did hill climb races in Northern India, and not just focus on Raid De Himalaya.
Only comment I'd add from my experience of power sliding a FWD is - when you start sliding, don't lift your right foot off the pedal all the way - it will make it look like the car power slides into a stop, and then starts going straight again. But if you have the throttle going while you slide, it will look more like drifting an RWD. It will be a bit more tricky to control the nose of the car, you need a bit of reverse locking of the steering too. If the front wheels are spinning while you are sliding, it gives that drift feel.
This is the new one. Much improved over the previous gen. Hyundai is also trying to create an enthusiast image with their N-line outside India. So it's possible.
Next should be a tutorial on 360° drift...I remember doing it with Maruti Suzuki Esteem. Doing it with a sedan was so thrilling, I am not sure if that can match with a hatch.
Amateurs lol. To do it smoothly, you need a manual or at least an AMT to downshift at the end of slide to power out of it. Instead of yanking the handbrake, you should be better off showing scandinavian flicks with throttle liftoff. Spamming the handbrake will wear out your cable faster. Also, Using throttle when sliding will end your slide and straighten your.
Some people used to drift on Van Because It was Rear Wheel Drive. Drifting is just like your mind Empty, It follows the drifting Rules Power from the Rear-wheel Drive Engine, Braking and Steering control.
