This is what sets apart EVO INDIA from all others automotive channels in India! It’s led by a rally veteran who is happy to share his craft with the same enthusiasm as he demonstrates during car reviews! Sheer pedigree, way to go Shirish. 💪
Recently I accidentally drifted and did a 180 flat spin on a hilly road in a Tiago. Man, it was something. When I stopped, the car eas pointing to the opposite direction, and all my friends inside were dead silent. It was unreal.
Great motoring journalism. Love from Malaysia. Hope to see more content on driving like this. Are there still car magazines there? Malaysia is only left with western automotive magazines.
Well, i have driven XUV 300 diesel and kushaq 1.5 TSI back to back. Trust me, both are on the similar lines when it comes to power, performance, stability, build and what not!!! Both are extremely capable and excellent machines....
when drifting the XUV300 could do with a pair of forward & aft lateral strut bars . . . complements torsional rigidity & overall structural integrity of a vehicle . . . a must have feature in cars used for drifting . . .
@@evoIndia ur right my friend, it's not a necessity . . . but if you've a turbocharged XUV300 or BMW 330i add a pair of strut bars & you'll experience another version of your BMW that you didn't know existed, until now . . .
When I tried this in an Alto, applied handbreak while taking the turn with ample amount of speed the front wheel got locked, same problem has happened again.. Is it because of the inaccurate way of weight transfer or anything with rear brakes?
Team @ EVO is it really a responsible thing for you guys to post instructional videos on how to drive a car rashly. As if we don’t have enough idiots trying stunts on Indian roads, you guys are literally uploading tutorials for them. Hope you enjoy the clicks and views while your video causes a serious road accident and kills someone. Big thumbs up guys. *slow clap*
Honestly you can drift a fwd car using lift off oversteer in a gravel patch of improper roads at 50-60 kmph car will easily slide as there is adequate speed at the rear tyres……
Still FWD drift is a joke. You cant maintain slide transition in FWD cars... Its just slide floor the throttle to get out of the slide thats it. Though its a bit fun
Why do Indian cars look like lorry, Auto specially Mahindra and TATA? worse designs but better than tesla cyber truck.. Look at the MG4, MG ZS EV, Hyundai Tucson, BYD Atto3, these are stunning designs.
Can you afford to own a secondary car like a pickup (Toyota Hilux) and use your primary car as pure family use? That's why our cars are more boxy to be multipurpose.

Even after zero experience of drifting i can drift. Now what i need is a car from Mahindra. Cause they don't create cars. They create beasts 💜💜
They do make good cars!

Oh no! Now you know what not to do.
Drive safe bro
that wasn't a drift. it was uncontrollable slide in which you were lucky not to die. 😂
Right from the legend himself! Sirish ❤

Thank you! We have a print magazine too!
Sir this car is big daddy in B segment car ❤
♥️👌💥💯
Haha!
Is it okay to do all this if you have an automatic transmission(torque converter/CVT) car, but have a manual handbrake like here still?
Yes you can, though the chances are the gearbox will keep shifting if you keep it in auto. You'll have to switch to manual/sports mode.
please tell us which is the cheapest RWD car for driftings .... please reply or make a video 💌
Khup chan explain kartat 🎉🎉
Dhanyawad! :)
Xuv 300 diesel or turbosports please suggest
Petrol if you want to have fun, diesel for the fuel economy.
Do you have a driving school where these things are taught?
We don't have a school Paul. Do you think we should give it a thought?
That’s a good idea!
@@evoIndia yes please
Yes 💯
Yes in NCR please
🙏 How is the performance of 300 turbo sport compared to 1.5 TSI?
We'll have to do a comparo to know more on that.

Dro can you di this with 4x4 suv like a tata safari 2018 model not the 2022 modle the older one
You can drift AWD, RWD cars, but the technique is different.
Awaiting on Slavia 1MT TSI and possibly a track to experience these :D
We have something cooking with the Slavia! Stay tuned, Nitin.
@@evoIndia ❤️ hope 1 TSI wouldn't be under powered for it 🤩🤩🤩🥳
Sir is there in xuv300 Diesel car because I have own it w8 optional top model
You can practice it in your car too! Just not on public roads.
Can we do it in creta
Amazing ❤❤
Thank you Ibrahim! Have you seen the other two videos too?
What should be the maximum speed for drift? Rather ideal speed ?
Maximum depends on your skill. Start with lower speeds as Sirish has explained in the video.
Hi evo, could you please cover the Alcazar 1.5 ltr turbo petrol.
Thanks for the suggestion Abhishek. We shall try.
when drifting the XUV300 could do with a pair of forward & aft lateral strut bars . . . complements torsional rigidity & overall structural integrity of a vehicle . . . a must have feature in cars used for drifting . . .
While it makes things better, it's not really a necessity.

Gear, handbrake, but what's the other lever called and does it comes in any FWD🤔.
That's a hydraulic handbrake -- an aftermarket accessory.
@@evoIndia thanks for the info🤗.
can we do this in freestyle 1.2?
Yes, you can.
When I tried this in an Alto, applied handbreak while taking the turn with ample amount of speed the front wheel got locked, same problem has happened again.. Is it because of the inaccurate way of weight transfer or anything with rear brakes?
Did the engine stall? Or did you pull the handbrake too hard?
Try doing it at slower speeds.
Alto has Heavy chances to Pulty, as it was a light weight and small tyres. Be safe
can we slide like this in a car with rear drum brakes?
You can, but you'll need more effort on the handbrake.
Do such tutorials on an automatic car as well specially XUV700 awd👍
Thanks for the suggestion!
@@evoIndia drift a sedan

Hello evoindia can you make one day drift events
Thanks for the suggestion.
Can you drift kwid
Every one out there cant have a hydrallic hand break fitted😂, show us how to do with normal hand breaks
It's the same with the normal handbrake.
BRO Sadi ke ye bhrea kaha se lagvou
Koi ache tuning garage se ye hydraulic handbrake lagwa sakte hai aap.
Honestly you can drift a fwd car using lift off oversteer in a gravel patch of improper roads at 50-60 kmph car will easily slide as there is adequate speed at the rear tyres……
It's very difficult to oversteer a FWD car. Easier to do it with a handbrake.
Do a topspeed run of this car
We can try for that!
@@evoIndia yes, please 🙏
Hi can you try this on polo GT....😁
We can try if we get a chance! :)
Those who want simu to do this like here👇
Meanwhile my bolero's handbrake who left the bolero on the day when i bought it! 🤡
Oh no! You can always get it fixed, and then have fun!
Can you fix it for me?
