I normally do not comment on videos but I must say the Renata’s vocabulary is amazing. I watch several other channels and I can say with certainty that I have seen no children her age speak the way she does. God bless her, the future bro or sis and the parents!!!
Congratulations on a sister or brother for Renata to have in her life. Renata is a fun, talkative little girl and wants to be involved in everything you two do. She is concerned about your safety telling you not to hit your head. Blessings to you neat folks.
Renata steals the show! Cute and smart. Congrats on the newest sailor!
Holy Moly that kids is articulate. I work with kids. Renata stands out. Good job! Place looks great. VERY rectangular, but good!
You are wonderful parents, and Renata is so super smart! I'm sure she will love her new sibling- Congratulations!!
OMG! How can we not all fall in love with Renata? What a cutie, good job mom and dad.. AND Congratulations on your pregnancy. So happy for all three of you.. My how things have changed.. All in a great way..
Your daughter is the smartest sweetest child!! Moat boater females get their followers by taking their clothes off.. thank you being respectable and clothed! Self respect is hard to find on boaters. God bless you and your family!!
Love watching you four [yes, one in the oven counts! Congrats!] as you document the fam highlights. Renata is beyond precious.
Wow! Renata is so talky for her age. Kudos parents! She is just special! She is going to be the star of this channel - if let...!
Been watching you since the beginning (I found your channel about a month ago). Really have enjoyed the videos. Da baby is such a cutie. I love this stage in their lives.
I really get what you are building here... Kind wishes for the new baby...
Love the ice cream cheers shot, Renata is growing so well, what a little treasure! Growing stuff takes practice, I had some of the smallest green peppers ever grown once, while the tomatoes grew so many I had too much! Augmenting the soil is a bit of an art form, given that you have sandy soil, it will probably take a while to dial it in. Perhaps hydroponic delivery?
congrats on the new baby , but at this rate you are going to need a small cruise ship or a staten island ferry
Renata is insanely smart. I love hearing her talk. Reminds me of my kid. Near bout came out talking and was spouting off full sentences at 7 months.
CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU THREE! So happy baby #2 is on the way and happy that child will have a big sister who has so much personality.
Congrats on the baby!🧸🤱🏻🍼
Congrats on Child #2. Renata is delightful and very interactive as you raise her well.
Your daughter is hilarious, sweet, and so ahead of her years. Since your first episode, I’ve been impressed, now even more so. Thanks for sharing a snippet of your life.
Thanks for following along!
That is so awesome! Your daughter is so cute! Congrats on the next baby coming. Hoping everything grows for you in the garden. :)❤
Thank you!
I really like this new chapter. The cruising was fun to watch/experience, but this is really more relatable. I look forward to you new adventures. Congrats on the new baby, your daughter is so sweet and bright.
So glad to hear it :)
Great video thank you! It's always a huge win when your trailer lights work!
Wow, that little baby has become a little girl! Amazing.
Renata is too cute! What a sweetheart….😊
Congrats on a second swabby!! Your little girl is a scene stealer, well done mom & pop! 👨👨👧⛵️
Congratulations, Renata is a wee darling, new star!!
A new crew member on the way, how exciting for you all!🎉
Congratulations to all of you! So excited that you will be adding another cast/crew/family member. :) Renata continues to steal the show and this is all so great to see. Thanks for sharing with us!

A new baby coming!!! Congratulations, now you will need a bigger boat.
What a beautiful family.
Celebrating a soccer goal at 16:40, love it! Congrats on the growing family news, no more zone defense...time for man to man! Looking forward to next episode...
Lol, we literally say “football” when passing the responsibility now too :)
Heart-melting episode! You 3.5 are simply wonderful.
🤗
Wonderful episode! What a lovely, happy, fun family. Congratulations 🎉
Renata is such a star!! I live the way you all interact. Congratulations on the pregnancy! Renata is going to be an awesome big sister. Loads of love to you and best wishes for the garden, house, and boat projects!❤⛵️🏡🌻
She's got about 6 more months to fly solo then she will be just a little more ready to start teaching :-)
Haven’t watched in a while but this update was entertaining. Keep at it. I’m looking forward to more sailing with you guys. Congrats on the growing family
Congrats you guys! I didn’t want to say anything when I met up with you since I know you guys value what privacy you can get. Renatta is still absolutely adorable and such a sweet girl.
Good luck with the garden. You absolutely will need a good fence to keep the deer, rabbits, groundhogs, chipmunks, squirrels… out of the garden. Mom is forever losing her bean plants to invading critters. If you ever want some Iris flowers, I can bring some up after we thin the beds again.
Congratulation on the pending new addition to the family. I love the idea of you becoming self sufficient on land whilst all the time doing the boat and the property up. Well done all.
That's the plan!
Whaaaaaaattttttt?! OMG, could not be happier for your (growing) family!
Thanks Karyn!! 🤗
Your family is the most precious thing on the entire RUclips! Sweet video!
your daughter is terrifiyingly smart ad a new one on the way I adore your trip!
Thanks for your videos. You are model parents and it show with Renata's behaviour. Keep it up. From South Africa!!
Good job Guys that cockpit looks totally different. Welcome back ⛵🍻
Guys,
I saw on another YT channel where the creator installed an after market automobile camera, on the rear door of their towing vehicle, facing straight down, so when the driver turned the camera in he would be looking directly over the hitch and could back the car exactly in place to line the car up with trailer hitch, the very first time.
I thought it was a very good idea.
Have a day,
Me
Chip has a backup camera. That pretty close to center and I can see the hitch. I’ve got the side to side alignment down. Still working on judging the perspective to get the right distance;)
Congrats on the new crew on the way, hope Renata is looking forward to having a sibling to play with 🤞
Haha the Whippy Dip!!!
The boat extraction process made me laugh, did the same thing yesterday, except since I put the boat into the shed, the once rough road outside, has been beautifully surfaced. To get the tabernacle past the roll up door, the tyres were slightly deflated too. Lovely to hear you're expecting another!
congrats on baby
Wait!!! We're gonna just glance over that announcement?!? WHAAA?!?!?!
Congratulations on your news with having a second child on the way.🎉
Thank you!
Congratulations on baby #2.
Baby number two! Congratulations!!! 😘
Is Renata excited, or perhaps a little dubious, about the prospect of a brother or sister?
She seems quite excited actually!
Great you had a good time in California. Must be nice to be back and crack on with your projects. Woooo Hooooo congrats on the new baby coming, awesome. Yay, got the boat. So much fun. Love the vlog. :)
After a few months we were definitely itching to get back to Michigan!
Kirk: Tell me when the amas get close to the front of the garage.
Lauren: Right.
Renata: We need more shoes in the shoe basket, ok? Come on come on, guys!
😂
Do you want the heater? Probably. Animals mean mice. Maybe it's good that we winterized it. 120 odd plants. Wish I could do more but this little thing in here ... and that was before the boat fun! I was in Oceanside a few times, heading from San Clemente to Del Mar. 😄
Great to see you all. Congrats on baby 2! Ren is so beautiful and love her personality. ❤
Not sure how much longer you'll store the boat in that barn, but if you do it again it seems like if you could extend the amas just a few inches it would be enough to reduce the air draft to get through the door. It seemed like there was more room at the sides than at the top. Just a thought, hard to tell if you could make it work or not. Either way glad to see the boat back, and congrats on the future little one! Thanks for sharing.
I hadn’t thought of that! Brilliant. Shows the wisdom of the hive mind.
Congratulations and Best Wishes on your new baby… Warm Regards, John and Penny… Ontario, Canada…
Thank you so much
Congratulations!!
It seems nowadays kid are “popping” all over YT channels, IT'S MAGIC RUclips!
Thanks very much
Congratulations on the upcoming baby.❤
A video of backing a boat out of a garage.
Suggestion: If you put the boat back in that barn, try also taking air out of the rear van tires, it should make a big difference in the overall trailer height.
Rubble on the double!
I have to go through the same problem with putting my boat in the barn. You need an adjustable hitch that can drop up to 8 inches. That will solve all your problems and make things much easier and no more deflating and inflating non sense. You can pick them up fairly cheap.
So cute and congratulations!
Looks like Upper Michigan by the shot of Mackinac Bridge
Congratulations on baby no.2 🎉
Thank you!!
Looking to hit 100,000 !
Great content ! I just bought a boat and am so excited to take some actual trips !
That is the way to live. Boat, property to store boat on trailer and winters at ocean beach! Time to get the boat in the water. just a few mice no problem. That is my dream sailboat. lucky you to old now for me. I can watch you do it, thanks.
You're going to need a bigger boat! 😅 Congratulations to you both! Renata is so very special! Be well and all the best,
Thank you!!
Congrats on the baby! Wow! Maybe you could look into no dig gardening... 🤔
congrats
you're gonna need a bigger boat and it's not for fishes....LoL..... stay safe, Tim and Cat
Congratulations & May God keep blessing you & your family. You’re always so positive & cheerful! Proverbs 4:3 Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts.
Beautiful northern Michigan. I haven't been "up north" in a while.
Boat, size 12. Chip size 6! LOL.
Congratulations. God Bless One And All.
As always, another great episode, I really enjoy watching your happy-go-lucky family. Did I read someone's comment correctly? Are you guys having another child? Sorry, I must have missed something if so. Lol
🎉🎉🎉❤congratulations 🎉🎉
For viewers that don't pull trailers much, the comment, "The trailer lights work to!", is a victory in of itself. LOL.
Yeah boat we Gunnar eat icecream
I didn't know you were in O-side in the winter! I saw someone that looked like you at the Mohsen's, maybe that was you!
Could've been! We got gas there several times.
❤😊❤
Ama strut scraping solution. My friend had a Farrier and he had the same issue with garage door height. We released the amas and the struts dropped several inches for easy entrance/exit.
Maybe it will work on your model as well. 😜
We hadn’t thought of that but someone else just suggested the same thing. Thanks so much for the idea
@@SailingSoulianis no worries. And if you guys are up near Charlevoix sometime, let me know. I’ll take you to lunch, maybe go for a sail.
At least now you'll have 2.5 people to take care of a baby.

"You're going to need a bigger b̶o̶a̶t̶ shed" - Chief Brody
Lol. We've actually sized it large enough for a 37-footer ;D
❤the video. Should rename your channel to the Soulianis Project. Really enjoy your videos.
Not a bad new name...
Congratulations on little one
We went through the same clearance issue with our 22 foot sailboat trying to fit in our garage when I was a kid. My dad got a set of bare rims from a junkyard and would swap them for the wheels with tires to get the boat in- if you stay there again could consider that?
Welcome home pierre michigan
I would think you'd have deer issues in that area.
Wisconsin Market in Oceanside?!
It's on Wisconsin Ave ;)
Did you guys camp in Chip while in CA or did you rent home or stay with people?
What a wonderful surprise for all your followers! So sweet Momma, when are you due? Was this “planned”? You hit the mark with Reattach so number two should be awesome as well. So very happy to have you all back at home. Oh, BTW, I live in Fallbrook and would have recalled enjoyed buying dinner while you were in Oceanside.
are you guys in Upper Peninsula ?
I’m easily confused but is this episode more up to date the EP127 🤔
This episode spanned the last two years but all the current footage was shot after 127 yes. :)
@@SailingSoulianis thanks
Consider letting air out of the the truck's rear tires. That will lower the tongue and the front end of the boat, and I bet you won't scrape it all next time. Or maybe next time you'll have your own pole barn stored in that has a 15-foot door?
The plan is 14. That should give us just over 2+ feet of clearance.
If you can buy a second hitch next time to ensure you can properly torque it. What we saw on the video was nowhere near tight enough.
Quite an astute observation! I don’t have a torque wrench. But should probably get one. It was a fairly short drive. But I did notice it wasn’t as tight as it should be and I cranked it down when I got home.
