He seems like he'll be using razor claw on cooldown, so trick room will essentially be a slow that buffs your auto damage every 1.5s, though shadow claw also has low cooldown....
the craziest thing about trick room: you get a boosted basic after every move,m meaning after every dash you can boosted basic, so with muscle band and razor claw you're gonna be chunking enemies in the trick room
That plus basics lower shadow claw's cooldown and the boosted hits twice
@@abra_escapedso basically at max lvl you can do at least 4 dashes 5 passives and about 2-3 shadow claw...
I will say
Unite hardly misses with the characterization and life of a Pokémon
It just screams... Mimikyu
And the fact that the Unite Move is Play with Me is just

I love all the nods to the games with this character, especially its Z move unite

Well to be fair for mimikyu it makes sense, there was no other way to incorporate the disguise ability, but the other eevees like Umbreon “inner focus” could’ve been something else
@@IconicTristan They could've made Mimikyu's Disguise ability negate the damage of the first move the enemy hits them with and then go on cooldown. Most moves and Unite moves hit multiple times so dodging one hit every 45s - 1m ain't too crazy.
@@YosiahWwe have so many ranged auto attackers that would make the ability useless but maybe instead of any attack make it an actual move? Idk
@@chaddrusso8850 That's true, but I'm trying to avoid making it just another version of Lapras' ability to put a cap on any burst dmg that exceeds a certain amount, ie: spirit shackle, wicked blow, snipe shot, solar blade, etc.
Trick room looks interesting, but the dashes dont do damage so it might be balanced
Trick Room is supposed to be a mobility move
Yeah totally. Remember Zacian agility ? Was mobility only so it was balanced right 😊

Zacain's agility is completely different from trick room dashes.
Zacian gets movement speed for a long time, can be used by just pressing. Gives you a shied if it's empowered.
But mimikyu, you've to first activate the room, and the dashes only work inside the room. You've to see the difference how it's not at all like zacian agility.
Even if the dashes doesn't do damage, put a claw on it and your basics so Ton of damage after every dash. Maybe that's the way if you go trick room
It feels like people are just gonna walk out of it
Two things I am thinking about
1: If you use trick room in Clefable's Gravity, will it counter Gravity and have you and your team be able to move within Gravity or do nothing
2: Since Mimikyu's Ult is basically point and click and just basically holds the enemy, it is kind of like Slowbro's Ult...now imagine having those two Ults together. The two Ults together could stop any broken Pokémon since Slowbro itself is already a Counter to every single broken mon cause of it's Ult, thing is I don't know if your teammates can damage the enemy while the enemy is being Mimikyu Ulted
Enemy getting ulted by mimikyu takes 0 dmg from anyone other than mimikyu.

It won't counter Gravity, as long as you're on the Gravity zone, you won't be able to use the dash move
The fact that its Unite move is Lets Snuggle Forever (Its signature z move) is so cool. PLus we need more single target binding ults anyways
I feel like trick room should end early after dashing a certain number of times
I feel like he's gonna be heavily overtuned on realease but since he's not a legendary we shouldn't need to wait too long for nerfs
I was really hoping that Trick Room would do something like make it impossible to use point and click moves inside the AoE. Kind of like Clefable's Gravity for dashes. There needs to be a Pokemon who can hard counter all these point and click mons.

Idk why but somehow I just knew mimikyu was going to get trick room but I would expect it to slow enemies and speed up teammates in a zone instead of dashes.
It speed up yourself when you get slowed

Tsareena dead in the water😂. First zacian stole her passive and now mimikyu stole her ult.
Right now I'm hype because Mimikyu is my absolute favorite 'Mon so I'm super excited to see it destroy, but on the other hand I'm gonna be so heartbroken when they inevitably get nerfed to oblivion
I think the moveset load out I would like the most is shadow claw with shadow sneak, that way you can snipe someone and jump on them with the shadow claw hopefully doing massive dmg
Yeah that moveset just seems sick and insanely fun. I’m definitely going full ghost build when it gets added!
@@JacobPDeIiNoNi yeah I wanna try out truck room maybe but it seems a bit too strong so it kinda turns me off from using it, but it’ll be in my back pocket in case I really need to carry for that match
The problem of full ghost kit, is that you won't use that much your basics, so it won't empower your Shadow Claw
I thought Mimikyu's Trick Room was instead going to be Magic Room, slowing opponents down like Poltergeist, but also making them incapable of using their item as long as they were in it
Hey cris, in elchicoeevee’s trick room video at 5:40, it seemed as if mimikyu jumped into hoopa’s phantom force and travelled with hoopa. Did you catch that?
He simply tried to unite it but phantom force call back must have cancelled it and since it's a sure-hit unite it just jumped with it. Nothing to catch there

Looks super fun and not completely ridiculous. Trick room maybe limit to like 3-4 dashes per use. Other then that most skill shots love to see it

I love Mimikyu as a Pokémon probably my favorite Gen 6 Pokémon, can’t wait to play it
I love shadow sneak, its pretty unique and would probably open up lots of possibilities to show off some skill
My boy, there he is... trick room giving infinite dashes and boosted attacks is looking pretty cool, and combining both shadow sneak and the passive mark's added missing hp% to all damage paired with play rough's multihit could be pretty insane. The way it encourages you to rush down whoever breaks your disguise seems very fun and the unite move being another bind could end up being another good top tier counter!

The way Shadow Sneak can extend through walls is just like Zoe's Sleepy Trouble Bubble move from League of Legends!
I hope shadow claw and trick room would be like zoroark shadow claw and feint attack, like you need to perform combos and stuff.

I said that in Super teeds video that Mimikyu unite would be the Z Move that Team Rocket used against Ash Pikachu in Sun and moon series where Pikachu learns Electroweb and it is as said good job Timi.

Looks Sick! Trickroom lets mimikyu be a strong brawler, Zauns razor claw with all those dashes😍 but it will be very interesting, how Long shadow Steak Camp actually become on skyruins Map - like engaging Ray from Center goal long as there are 5 Walls pretty much lined up.

Trick room in a point and click meta isn’t going to be better than shadow sneak, because they just have to tap there abil and you can’t dodge it, but it isn’t bad
Because of the way play rough sounds, mimikyu might be using the wooden club it uses as its tail to beat up opponents, that's terrifying
This Pokémon scared me in the anime and it still scares me to this day 😂

Trick room definitely needs to be smaller. I like the idea that within the room, Mimikyu is super powerful, but the range is so large, it could break it. TR should be small enough where you could definitely push Mimikyu out.
I'd say it's balanced as it has a long cooldown and could be countered with stuns
it certainly seems broken in the moment, but gotta remember that range is about the same length as most other pokemon's escapes. I'm more worried about its ability to ignore the flux zone. And if it's true to Trick Room, then teammates can probably use it too. Imagine Mewtwo coming along for the ride.
It just allows you to reposition inside a limited area without doing anything else, no s, no unstoppable, etc. Doesn't seem broken, tbh.

Hard to say if the Pokemon is "broken", because there's quite a level difference between Eevee and his opponents. Ofc he'll be doing quite some damage on them.

mimikyu's unite might be point and click but at least it can be cancelled if you break its shield fast enough so... seems more fair than tsareena's lol
Only thing I don't like is that so many people are going yo be using it. Mimikyu is my favorite Pokemon and I really want to use it, but if it's broken, it'll be annoying and then I won't want to use it.
