This could be terrifying, imagine finishing a team fight with a small amount of hp left, then trying to port to base and getting blown away out of nowhere by a mewtwo across the map. Rip
Honestly, I think I’d end up running a build like muscle, focus and rapid fire/attack weight to really capitalize on the crazy amount of basic attacks from the mega evo… This thing with full heal would be pretty formidable too. So excited for it, although ik there’s gonna be some mfs trying to get as many unite moves as possible bruh
I kinda like how Mewtwo's unite move is basically the arena boss move (like Rayquaza's hurricanes or Zapdos' thunderbolt when you defeat them), makes it feel much more legendary

The bar is Mewtwos mega meter, you can fill it by using you basic attacks on opposing pokemon. Once the bar is filled, you mega evolve and the bar depletes. However, if you choose the move called "Recuperaciōn", you then have to press that move to fill your meter by basic attacking, normal basics without the moves buff will not fill the bar. It works that way for both forms which is why I think Mega Mewtwo X is gonna be terrifying even without the enhanced basics

I believe your autoattacks charge your mega evolution bar faster shortly after teleporting. He had no bar on 7:30 and after teleporting into Dura and Fletchinder he suddenly charged to full on like 3 hits while the previous build took longer to charge.
2:40 I was thinking Gnar too - seems like their attempt to make him balanced is by not having the mega evolution last the full game and giving you limited control over when you get access to mega evolve. You want to have the bar semi-charged before a big fight to get the most use out of it. Seems a little busted to let MewTwo essentially have a Karthus Ult that can be cast while moving
pretty hard to semi charge it like that since it involves having to hit an enemy and abandoning the brawl halfway and then continung once everyone is present
i wish that they would give out a held item that lets certain pokemon mega evolve kinda like the zachian sword so you can for example either play garchomp with 3 normal held items or with 2 normal held items and the mega stone but that prolly wont happen
If garchomp had draco meteor as a unite and it shot flaming balls of death from the sky all over the place after punching you in the face and shins then definitely

Onda Mental has low range at first, but continues hitting the enemy when they run far from Mewtwo. Might be really good against those escapist pokemon like Delphox. Teleport or unite during its knock up to secure the kill, if they didn't die already.

So Mewtwo is a combination of Karthus and Gnar. Some of the old pokemon can Mega maybe in the future we will have this update or new pokemon license that can Mega Evo.
Picture this happening: You run up against 3 of the enemy team. You and your team are already on objective. You all manage to defeat the enemy team, but now are low on hp so everyone's trying to get to somewhere to heal, when out of absolutely nowhere you see these laser beams strike down like hellfire on you and your teammates, wiping all of you out collectively. Imagine rayquaza fight, everyone's all set to fight off the enemy, you knock out the mewtwo before rayquaza, then sweep the enemy team. You all rush to rip rayquaza, but mewtwo has respawned and now has unite. The laser beams of death shoot down from above, targeting all of your team that happen to be right on rayquaza. By some miracle, not all of you get wiped, but the amount of damage rayquaza just took from 3 to 5 of those blasts hitting it in the teeth lost your team the objective. And that's just off the top of my head. I'm worried this unite move is going to become the bane of many players existence, far worse than zacian. Yeah zacian really really sucked when you just had to watch your team get melted faster than an ice cube on a hot summer's day, but at least you knew it was coming for you. The terror of having to always worry that mewtwo will unite move... I'm not sure

only first hit receive high damage, others receive less damage. may be others also having some more reduction

On mewtwo x I think crit is the best to run because I saw a 1k crit with the mega basic attack, so lens scarf claw and crit emblems seem strong here
