could just shoot him though, two 90-70 damage shots can kill almost any spy and you could always shoot him one more time if he has a kunai. Its quite common to try to kill a spy with a wrench to be efficient but sometimes you just need a little more gun in the exchange
Definitely not a bug in the clip. It was extremely clear that those Engineers were not aiming correctly, and the fact they chose to use their wrench instead of a shotgun to take out the Spy speaks volumes to their abilities within the game and how the Spy got the saps.

personally the tf2 players are worse than the bot hosters explained in the 4chan(ew) format because i don't want to write an essay -play old game that company has moved on from and doesn't want to update -game is filled with bugs, bots, cheaters, and scams -gee why does company not want to fix this game? maybe its literally easier to try to make a new game then fix one that's almost as old as the iphone -the players: cant move on from a dying game (permanently stuck on the 1st stage of grief) acts like the world is ending just because a company doesn't want to update a 17 YEAR OLD GAME pyrocynical -also the players: spends 1,000s of dollars on a digital hat that should be otherwise worthless in real life witch-hunt people for hacking or cheating (literally no other game's does this) whine anytime a small update is released because its "low effort" and "not what they specifically wanted"
The basic gist of this is that Valve has to get on that treadmill of banning bots every so often, or negotiating with the hosts to set up a gentleman's agreement.
@@tearex8688 It's more of what happens between the dominate gang and the cops. The gang agrees to only really deal with themselves, and the cops agree to let them. @@tearex8688It isn't, valve can get a ton of lawyers and put these guys in jail for life for the cyber crimes they've done and the possession, promotion, and distribution of CP along with doxxing people, giving out IP addresses, and hijacking many other things as their crimes. A life sentence with the lawyers they could pay for is super easy, or enforce such crippling debt their life never goes back to what it was. If they go to jail they will get ratted out as holding CP and stuff and will probably get beat to death by the other prisoners. Valve is being VERY generous by just banning them, or lazy. I literally just put my buildings in spots I think will benefit my team and then forget about them while I got on a rampage. I normally don't survive, but it beats sitting in an engi nest for an entire match while waiting for the odd spy or scout to get instantly obliterated by a lvl 3 sentry.
As a transmasc guy with the phrase "trans rights" in their name, I can also confirm. Sometimes I get positivity in casual matches (like a chain of "trans rights" in chat), but other times people try to kick me right away and/or say cruel things. Back to Uncletopia I go, where transphobia (and other forms of bigotry) is explicitly prohibited. People are very accepting there. I'd love to find other trans-friendly servers too.
f2ps really are a different breed though. I had a f2p engie in my casual match a few days ago. Hopped on the teleporter, waited a second...and then another second....both me and the person waiting for the teleporter look down. It was the teleporter exit. The guy wasn't reading chat where i was yelling at him that he put down the teleporters wrong. Nobody on our team had a mic. My man was in blissful ignorance. Someone tried to kick him. We didn't because that would be a dick move but we had to deal with this the whole game lol. Edit: It happened again when i paused this video halfway through to play tf2. Same map. Beautiful.
I know it's a hot take because the sentiment of "Fuck Valve" is still so ever present but... Everything I've heard suggests they've been working on the new bot smasher since the original #SaveTF2. Like, it's been pretty consistent that they were working on this sort of thing for awhile, and the new movement simply provoked them into rolling it out. It's easy to hate valve, but you have to remember that they are an actual competent development team, even if they aren't as forthright as we might want them to be.
Bot hosting in my opinion is similar to bullying. Yeah it may be fun you the hoster but they are still causing mental harm to others for their own amusement. They deserve the bans and the ridicule that comes with it.

i think its a bounding box issue and the same thing happens if 2 teammates try to melee an enemy
