- Today we are at Centennial Homes in Bismark, North Dakota, looking at The Mystic Creek. This is an 1842 sq ft home that has it all. You get a large walk in pantry with a dual level oversized island in your kitchen. This home has all top of the line stainless steel appliances. The master bath will have you in awe at how nice it looks and feels. Home measures 27'x 66' but feels much larger when you get inside.

This is a beautiful home. I’m just as happy as you that they’re wiring the homes for an entertainment area. The shower in the main bath is great but the angelic choir when you opened the door may have been a little too much. LOL. I could see me living in this one myself. Great job.

Hubby and I are looking for something to put on property when he retires and this would be perfect. Extra bedrooms for the kids when the visit and NO bathtub in the master to be in the way 😂
That kitchen is a dream. I'd switch the electric stove to induction, that's about it. And pocket doors for any barn doors 👍

I love this home! Perfect for me. Too bad I live in NC! One change I would make is the entrance to the master closet. I know it takes up wall space, but definitely needs to be in the bedroom. Too much moisture from the bathroom to get into clothing.

Oh p.s. the home I'm looking at the entry and livingroom are almost exact tothis except I'm getting a stone faced fireplace on the center with t.v. cable hook ups above it if I want a TV there and the side area will be left with open space for my pieces of furniture.

Hey Nate. Nice living room. I would want a fireplace. Nice dining room. Nice island. Nice kitchen. Nice guest bathroom. Great master bedroom. I would prefer a pocket door. Oh dear. This bathroom is just too big for me. If they cut that counter in half they could put a tub in there. You did great. Thank you for the tour. Happy Thanksgiving.
Definitely a pocket door to the master bathroom. If that's not an option then a barn door that blends better with the wall so it doesn't stand out so much.
Well Nate by the time I was 8 I was expected to clean my room and do laundry and started cooking family dinners and clean up and vacuum. I'm the last of 4.
I'd like to have a tub in the master bath!! I think those jets there are used for back massage but I could be wrong!
I'm looking at one that lets me customize the bathroom and I'm requesting a shower that size. Those lower water jets are body spray jets(can use as a water therapy jet for your lumbar back region too.
This would be on high consideration for me
I would prefer a space for an upright freezer instead of the cubby in the laundry room. A freezer space is what is missing in most homes
I'm not a fan of the primary bedroom right off of any of the main living areas like the living room/den, dining room, & kitchen. Not understanding why the primary bedroom of all bedrooms lacks the most privacy!!! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

Before Biden, this home would have been priced around 80 bucks a square foot or 150 to 170 grand.
270, 000 dollars is insanity.
Many stick built homes in subdivisions including land for LESS money.
Add in the price of land, foundation, any and all fees plus costs that are hidden and you could be looking at 400 grand and NORTHWARDS for a house that will DEPRECIATE in value versus a stick built.
I feel very sorry for the people in this industry right now.

I can tell whoever designed this is not a cook for starters. Plus it seems there's a lot of wasted room that is not necessary. In addition to that I would prefer to have heating vents in the ceiling and a tub in the master bathroom. It looks like they cut a lot of Corners in this considering the size. Thumbs-up for you Nate and Raiden thumbs down on this place figuratively speaking.
I don't like the master bedroom . And I'd want a tub and shower. You had me until these things. Nope, not for me.
