This works only if you live in a climate that never has winter, or as a bed and breakfast option ~ not as a home. NO living space, NO indoor eating space, NO storage. If it is 30F or -24F with a blizzard, you get to sit on the bed to eat meals and while away the 16 hours you're awake during the day (or 8 hours if you work). VERY poorly planned! I have a 12x24 shed to house conversion that has a full galley kitchen, a full bath with a washer (we hang our laundry to dry it), a bedroom, and a 7ft. computer desk for two people. The kitchen and bathroom are on one end and take up 8 feet of the floor space. The bedroom takes up 7 feet on the other end and has a built in closet on each side of the bed with bookshelves between them over the bed. The desk is on one wall between the bath and bedroom, and there is room for a 3x4 dining table in front of it, as well as a cubic wood stove that heats the entire home in the winter. I've got zero training/schooling in design, but I managed to put together a fully workable tiny home in roughly the same amount of space ~ and we also have the full porch across one side with an outdoor brick kitchen (two rocket stove burners, a grill, an earthen pizza/bread oven, and a small smoker). Sorry, I can't give this a 'like' because the lack of livability is frustrating.
I have nightmares like this. I a myoung again, and my husband (he was a pastor) and I are moving to a new town. The parsonage turns out to be like this, and it is not in a private location or one with perfect weather either. Eek! People need a little more privacy and shelter than this for normal life.
