I would have put the walk out off the deck by the house & the BBQ on the corner farther away from the siding of the house. 👍🏻 And tone down the dark blue wall it makes the room look even smaller than it is. The couch color is hideous. It looks like it came from the dump. I would have used different shades of Grey instead of Tan, especially on the floor & wood through out. I would put long skylights on the ceiling on either side of the bed so it wouldn’t feel closed in. And bring in more light. In the living room, put a bigger window over the couch & the Arched one up above. The window in the kitchen needs to be down where you can look out & the shelf up above it. And a long window at the dinette instead of a painting. The Refrigerator is too small. Put a bigger one where the Washer is & move the washer over. I would have another window at the desk in the Bedroom, not a mirror. My ideas only………and ditch the IKEA furniture. 🤪

No place to hang a coat , basically no kitchen , very awkward bathroom especially the placement of the toilet . I get anxious just looking at that steep ladder. No thanks

Too many of these houses are not designed for cold climates.

Nice! Very inviting, even with such a clean & simple style. Wood accents are warm & beautiful. Love the little balcony! Good laundry area. Missing bath/shower, though. (Is that left open to buyer's preference?) Stairs need a railing. Bed placement is only good for one person, with no access from wall side, but could be adjusted if not a built-in. This is good for a single person with no mobility issues.

Eine Dusche tut es auch, mir fehlt ein kleiner Flur, so rennt man mit Schuhen ins Haus, eine Garderobe fehlt auch, es gibt keine Schränke, wo man etwas reinhängen kann und beim Essen starrt man die Wand an. Ich finde die Aufteilung überarbeitungswürdig.

Зачем на первом этаже две двери? Можно было рядом с сушилкой ещё щкафчик устроить, у двух человек вещи есть, и довольно много! Или шкафчик для щётки для мытья пола, или место для гладильной доски! Почему на кухне шкафчики не до потолка, чтобы больше места для пыли? На втором этаже что за пародия шкафа, такой узкий, хотя ещё есть много сантиметров до дверного косяка! Что в таком игрушечном шкафу можно ПОВЕСИТЬ? Только брюки, ни жакета ни платья там не повесить!

So do a Murphy bed that has a sofa under it get rid of table put Lg frig put fold out table so win you don’t need it it’s out of the way, and they have fold up chairs that are beautiful to.

This is a really cute tiny-amazing what can fit into 260 sqft. I want similar, but about 500-600 sqft. I need a desk/workspace-like crafts and have artwork so......I hope and pray for/need more space. 💙

That’s a really impressive spec on such a small footprint. Two bedrooms, and none of it looks cramped.

Who can live in such an isolated place.

This is not practical or livable. My late husband and I had a 456 sq ft house with a young son. It was far too cramped and uncomfortable. The living room and kitchen are almost nonexistent and there is no closet space or anywhere to put your groceries or kitchenware. Forget about any privacy or room to move around comfortably. This is simply a trend to get people comfortable with poverty. We only bought that tiny house because at the time, it was the only one we could afford. We got out of there as soon as we could afford to.

Полная хрень, а не дом . Не только как постоянный , даже как дачный домик не пойдёт. Отопления нет , поздней осенью приехал , ни обувь помыть , ни одежду посушить . В грязной обуви сразу в передний угол , как то не комильфо. Но это моё мнение.

I have slept in lofts for years. If you’re in excellent shape and agile it works. It feels like you’re in a cocoon. I could totally see myself waking up to the light that comes through the window, smelling my coffee brewing, stretching and hopping downstairs.

I like this. I just turned 60.❤I dig the loft too.
