I found your channel last year right after my diagnosis and the start of fertility tests. I immediately tried gluten and dairy-free and got my period back the next month. The next month I was finally pregnant! I had gone over a year without success and was about to start a bunch of expensive testing and ended up not needing it. Thanks so much❤
thank you for sharing this insightful video on stress management techniques! the topic really resonated with me as i recently faced work-induced stress that led to weight gain. i found it challenging to balance work and self-care, but through personalized strategies similar to Aspect Health services, i managed to regain balance and shed the extra pounds. its incredible how addressing stress and making simple dietary adjustments can make such a difference. your video reaffirmed the importance of prioritizing mental and physical well-being amidst a demanding work life.
This channel helps me a lot. Life update Im currently breastfeeding my baby. Thank you so much for inspiring me to be healthy and fight PCOS. You’re absolutely big part of my pcos journey. After watching your videos I start eating healthy and enroll to a gym. My goal was to be physically fit yet the Lord has other plan for me. 😂❤❤
Hi tallene, really many thanks for u. You helpt me alot I was diagnosed with pcos 4 years ago, just after getting married, after a year I got pregnant while undergoing medical follow-up and taking clomid, because I no longer had my periods. 5 months ago I saw your RUclips channel because excessive weight and the loss of my periods were causing me problems. I started the dairy-free and gluten-free diet and it worked. My periods came back at the end of the month. I wanted to get pregnant again but after 3 months of trying I didn't get pregnant. I went to see my gynecologist and in the ultrasound he saw that I no longer have an ovarian cyst and that everything is perfect, he prescribed me Letrazol to help me get pregnant. In my conscience I told myself that maybe my diet and my physical activity were enough for me. because I lost 10kilos with this diet over 2 months. your tallene advice will be useful to me. God bless you sister
Hi, I have just come across your channel. I recently miscarried because I have pcos. Now I want to give my body some rest so that I can get back to conceive again. I have just signed in to your app and will be following everything from meals to exercises so that I can manage my PCOS and be able to get pregnant again.
I just went to see the endocrinologist and she gave me metformin, and sent me to surgery for gallstones removal. I dont want to do it. She also gave me a med to increase metabolism. I hope it helps but she alsp suggested the gastric sleeve. 😢
You definitely have safer alternatives if you don’t want to go those routes suggested by the endocrinologist. This channel along with Dr. Berg’s offers lots of helpful information. There is hope! 🙂
Get fully tested for the acute porphyrias. Gall stones are seen in porphyria..you need fecal porphyrins, plasma porphrins, urine porphyrins pbg ala, and porphobilnogen deaminase.
I was really angry. I didn't know. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14 and the doctors didn't tell me anything. They told me to just lose weight and they just left me like that until I got diagnosed with diabetes at 23 and it really hit me hard. I was angry with myself and I still am but I'm trying to fix myself and I'm trying to grow more
Hey dear❤❤ I just discovered your channel ... I am a Oral surgeon in India. 26 yrs of age im suffering from pcod last 10 yrs sufffer A LOT A LOTTTTT .... I don't know why I saw one of you reel felt hope a bit landed up here commenting you.. I believe I will improvise my health in year . And reverse or even better my health . Thank you.
If you go gluten and dairy free for 30 days, are there any negative effects to your body if you want to go back to gluten or dairy later? Developing an intolerance?
No, you will not have any negative effects. If you notice a reaction after being off it for 30 days, then you were likely intolerant or sensitive to it to begin with.
Start gluten free first. In my case, I can tolerate diary, but not gluten. If you like cheese, butter and greek yogurt you can try those. I would stay away from milk because it makes you gain weight.
I just found your channel. I have subscribed here. But this video was so informative! I was diagnosed with PCOS around 37. I'm pretty sure I had it the majority of my adult life. In 2021, I had a complete hysterectomy. We were fearing cancer but thank God, got an all clear. The doctor initially thought we were overreacting. But when the pathology report came back, I could tell he too was relieved. But now I still have trouble with the insulin resistance. And was recently told that I am firmly in a pre-diabetic state. I have been trying to eat more healthy. But I was wondering if these diet recommendations would also be helpful in my situation? I will be 44 soon. And while, menopause has not been much fun, and my hysterectomy didn't really take care of all the issues I was hoping it would, I am grateful that it was caught before it was a real real problem.
Hii Tallene, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, it's always super informative!!!❤ And I have a question: can I do low intensity cardio or body weight training if I do really like it?
Can you still do this if you don’t give up gluten/dairy? I live in Italy and I’m not willing to give up pasta or gelato, the only pleasures in life😂also I cut out gluten and dairy for several months in 2018 and I didn’t lose any weight. Are there alternatives?
hey, I have started gluten and dairy free diet and its been a month now and my acne is already a lot better now, and my facial hair have also reduced. thanks to you. but I still have one issue that is irregular period, i have always been suffering from prolonged bleeding, Its been more than a month now with gluten and dairy free diet along with slow weighted workouts from your videos, also i am taking spearmint tea twice a day along with inositol supplements, but my period wont end. what do i do?
This was me before I got diagnosed with pcos I bled for 4 months straight, heavy bleeding I became anemic, I was postpartum tho so I though it was normal but yeah I went and got diagnosed with pcos ended in the hospital because I almost fainted, found out I was so so so severely anemic they told me to get on birthcontrol to hold your blood, but I didn’t because I wanted to get pregnant and I got pregnant within 1 month…
Stop taking so much spearmint tea. I did the same as you and my period was very long and heavy. I now drink it every 3 days or so. You don’t need so much spearmint to see results (at least in my case).
Hi m from India (Tripura) Was following your channel since long back but couldn't the order the product given in your discrimination.. kindly help me out how to order the product
Thank you so much, I'm so greatful that I found you♥️. From the time my period started I used to have really heavy periods that sometimes would last for even 2 months! Then I went to different doctors and started using pills which balanced my periods for 1 year and now after a year, It's been 3 months past my last period. I really don't know what to do, do you have any suggestions? My facial hair and body hairs is also annoying me so much!

I'm 26 years old and my testosterone is a bit higher than normal. My hair was always thick and nice, but for some time already I'm losing so much hair, I got bangs and I notice hair thinning on the top of my hair along with my bangs. I feel so sad... I don't know what to do anymore. I take inositol for almost 2 months, zinc along with saw palmetto, magnesium, NAC, b complex, iron, evening primrose oil, I drink yeast, green tea with mint... I use rosemary oil and rosemary water... It seems like less hair is falling during I wash my hair, but after I comb them... A lot of them and I see shorter one aka my bangs one. Please help me with any advices. I don't wanna go bald. :(
Not even mentioning my belly fat and problems with losing my weight, but hair thinning is the most important issue to me and I want to get rid of it! :(
Spearmint tea will reduce testosterone. Also eat low glycemic, you must keep your blood sugar steady and avoid spikes A spoonful of blackstrap molasses is full of good nutrients for hair Apply castor oil to your scalp an hour before washing
I would just take the inositol, zinc, magnesium, b complex, omega 3, spearmint tea and iron. The rest are not needed. Plus you are taking too much hormone regulating herbs and spearmint is already strong enough. I would recommend to adjust the spearmint tea doses, because it can lead to other problems if you take too much as testosterone is necessary for the body too.
Did you get you blood work done. I’ve been seeing a naturopathic doctor and was taking 2 scoops of inositol a day. My testosterone went from 1.20 to 0.3, what it was on birth control. I personally can’t take a lot of supplements but increasing my inositol per my Naturopathic doctor helped

Will you go over macros for PCOS. I know you said 35 gr. Protein in the a.m. 1/2 veggies, 1/4 of each carbs and protein for lunch and dinner.
