I need to lose over 100 lbs and can’t lose a single pound no matter how hard I try 😢. I just got diagnosed with PCOS via blood work I had from a endocrinologist when I got checked for my hypothyroidism, which labs came showed I was within range. Now I’m going to see a gyno. I have been heartbroken since finding out I may have PCOs, but this channel has helped me feel better 😊
I hear you Cyster! Knowing is the first step to making PCOS friendly lifestyle changes and reversing your symptoms so you can thrive with PCOS ❤ here for you every step of the way!
I was diagnosed with PCOS on September 15 of 2022. I am so new to this journey and I will have to say I’ve been emotionally overwhelmed. Recently trying to go to therapy, and understand what’s going on with my body by doing research. I originally found your page on Instagram and I love your tips now I am following your RUclips. Thank you for sharing
I feel this & I know it’s my pcos that’s giving me a hard time . Though slowly it’s all coming to settle down as I educate myself with you and your tips . Thank you for showing your journey and of course your help it’s truly like having an elder sister who is just guiding through. Thank you so much for this I am grateful for you ❤️
I have PCOS and I’ve been overweight most of my life. I’ve felt so discouraged since anything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. I’m definitely excited to try these foods and exercises that your channel teaches us❤
Went back to the dr last weekend and my weight was almost the same as three months ago just reduced a little bit. Then i was referred to a nutritionist and dietitian that gave me a diet plan that requires me to take at least 2100 calories a day (3meals and 1 snack daily. With 1cup of rice per meal or any substitute for carbs). Tried it for three days and i quickly gained the half of the weight that i tried to reduced for the past 3 months. I think im gonna go back to the no rice meals. When i weigh with a scale somedays it shows i lose a little and somedays i remain with the same weight but when i measure my waist i lost a lot started from 53in down to 43in.
Hi! I"ll start my journey tomorrow! I've diagnosed with PCOS about 10 years ago.. Sometimes I could manage my symptoms sometimes I didn't. I'm really happy now, because I found you and your channel! I'll try your tips like going gluten-dairy free etc. Wish me luck! ❤ Thank you for doing this job for us! You're a great woman❤!
Tallene! I would love to see a video about some of your favorite GF & DF substitutes brands, snacks, and products that don't have the creepy additives that are just as bad to ingest in their own way. I've seen you use Violife, which I buy on occasion when i'm craving, and I also really like Siete for their wholesome chamoy sauce and their GF tortillas. I love eating whole foods but also love a substitute that can make me feel like i'm indulging, but keeping it in the confines of my needs. I have been loving my eating habits since I've been watching your videos and even took your webinar too. My cravings are controlled, my body and mind feels awesome, and I'm genuinely enjoying my meals instead of force feeding myself bland diet food. I'm excited for when I can afford to buy your 4 week program
Hi! I recently joined the cysterhood and it has been wonderful! I appreciate all that you do for cysters like me. I'm curious, why did you switch CBD brands? I'd ordered the previous one and am interested in the reason for the switch. Thanks so much!
I’m new to your page I have been trying to lose weight with PCOS and your videos have been so helpful ! I have been working out and changed my diet for 2 weeks and my weight has stayed the same it has not budged ☹️ could you make a video with that topic for woman struggling with the same issue ? Majority of my meal is high protein low carb no milk (only feta cheese) am I being too harsh? I guess my question is WHEN can I expect to see results and notice changes . It is quite discouraging
I've been following almost everything you are stating in your channel and i do have the occasional treat meal (not a whole cheat day.) But i haven't really been having luck with losing weight. I'm wondering do you think it's my once a week cheat meal? I'm afraid if i cut that out it would just be way too restrictive for me.
What if you have to lose 100+ pounds? All these tips, tricks, foods, and slow weighted workouts help those who have to lose 20-40 pounds from what I've researched so far. Will it help someone long term to continue to lose the rest of the pounds needed? Or what happens after they hit a plateau? They have to stay consistently slow so I'm wondering how the weight can continue to shed. :(
Question, I’ve been lifting super heavy and hard for years now without any weight loss but a lot of muscle gain. I love lifting, after I get my symptoms under control and my weight will I be able to lift heavier again? Or does weight not matter but more so my timing?
I just don't get it first i don't get my periods for 2 months for at least 3-4 years and now I'm having periods 2 times in a month it happens only 8-10 days gap between my periods Is it normal???
Doctors can't make money off of you if you fix your issues. They only make money off of you if you stay sick just enough to stay on meds. MANY people no longer qualify as having PCOS.
So sorry, I should clarify that I meant “when I had PCOS symptoms”! You’re right, as of right now there is no cure for PCOS, but you can reverse symptoms 🥰
So, I asked my gyno about inositol. I said her that I saw on internet that it helps! Her answer was: I don’t know anything about it. So how can I trust her?🥲
That’s so frustrating! I’m so sorry to hear you’ve had that experience. What I’ve been trying to do is finding doctors that specialize in PCOS. My doctors have been no good as educating me as well. I’m praying and hoping the doctors’ I have found (OBGYN & PCP) can assist me further.

Both are great brands, I found that Soul CBD has more options and a bigger variety of products for women! 🥰

Jennifer, I'm in the same boat and have been at it for longer than you in terms of the eating and excercise. 😢

Please make a video on type 2 diabetes after having pcod and how to reverse it
Does it have to be Ovasitol or can you get the same benefits from Inositol pills?
Hi! Can you pleasee make a video on high DHEA and adrenal PCOS? I feel like its SO hard to find information on this.

Your ovasitol promo code is not working 😞 It says it’s invalid
Please make sure the code is entered in the PRC field and not the discount field 💖 Don't forget to hit "Apply" and it should work that way!
Not me watching this on night 😅
Can you get ovasitol as pills?

Did you find an answer?
Pcos here since 2016
Hi should I stop my Diane Pills?
does anyone know if Ovaitol available in the UK? x
I recently purchase it from their website and it said that it would arrive in 15 days. But it came quicker than I thought.
You can order from Theralogix’s sister company, evitamins!

Is it normal???
No it’s not Im not a doctor tho fyi
It can be also doing that because your using some sort of birth control
Same, if it this month I will have two periods again,I’ll go visit the doctor
When u "had" pcos? There isn't a cure.....
You heard the testimonials, you can reverse your symptoms and you’ll heal from within. Only if you commit to it though.
