Hey Dan, just a thing I wanted to mention the i of Iberia is not pronounced like in English. It’s like the i of impossible . Americans often make the mistake… like IKEA I guess ?
As a spaniard, I recall Iberia Airlines was an elite airline before merging with British Airways, hence the service went down hill somewhat. The lavatories would actually have bottles of wonderful cologne and soaps. Everyone including economy would get slippers, pillows and blankets. What else, mind you this was when I was a kid, the food was all spanish gourmet, cheeses, breads, olive oils, and wonderful coffee. Long gone are those days. thanks for your video.
I agree with you , that once upon a time , the experience flying Iberia was quite good , economy class in general , was better than today . Nonetheless , Iberia has been garbage , long before merging with British Airways . I flew Iberia in the 70’s , 80’s , and 90’s , and up to the present time ( when , I have no other option ), and with each passing decade , the service has declined dramatically. Service on Iberia is just dreadful, and unfortunately, bad service is not uncommon in Spain either. Most of my family hails from Spain, and many still reside there , so this is not an anti Spanish rant, just an observation based on experience.
Don’t blame British Airways - their service is infinitely better, but I’ll agree they were never the same after they were taken over by a multinational and profit is all they know about. Most mainland US flights are appalling as well and don’t even mention Ryan air, they’re just the pits. Air travellers are treated very badly nowadays i.e. very little choice so put up with it!
Sadly I too remember when Iberia was an elite airline in the 80's, so Swiss Air, Today;s best airline my vote Singapore Airlines, JAL and Ariana . Hostesses are always warm and polite and helpful. The middle East airlines like Qatar are excellent as is Saudia but sadly there is no wine or alcohol served.
There is no excuse for the poor service and the bathroom situation while flying in business class…or any class for that matter. It’s hard to believe that I just flew Alaska first class and got the absolute opposite of what you got on Iberia. Thanks Dan and Oskar for doing the dirty work, as I won’t be flying that airline anytime soon❤️👍✈️
I think Dan might have gotten unlucky. I have flown on Iberia several times on their A319/20/21's and the crew was really nice. The seat was basically any economy seat you will find in an airline like BA. Food was also quite good. Quite a good experience for such a basic seat
It looks like bad luck. I am spanish 100% and have flown many many times with Iberia Busniness Class and the service has always been great even excedeng my expectations. The cabin (the new 350 Next Generation even more) is very nice with confortable and modern seats and the food is quite nice. Cleaning the toilets is not part of the cabin's crew tasks but I understand is more the way they talked than the problem itself. By the way, Iberia has scooped the top award as the Best Airline Staff Service in Europe at the prestigious 2024 World Airline Awards, just to support my words. Your statement fits perfectly with my experience. Unfortunately Iberia offers some of the best connections to south america. Sometimes it is hard to avoid them.
I recently flew Iberia business from Madrid to Montevideo (12 hours) and I concur with the assessment. The seats are fine, albeit not outstanding when compared with top of its class (Singapore Airlines, Qatar Air). The service is awful. For starters, they close their lounge at terminal T4S at 5 PM, so I was forced to wander around. Going to the lounge in T4 was not obvious, but I should have tried. The onboard service is poor by any standards (and I fly business often). I did not have dinner, opting for a good "jamon iberico" before the flight in a good spot in the terminal. Given the quality of the breakfast (quite awful even for economy class!), I can only imagine what my experience would have been with dinner. They offered me some breads (the croissants were not very appealing after microwaving), but when I asked the fly attendant for butter and jam, she simply said they did not have those (!!!???). I took Iberia because it was the only direct flight from Europe to my destination. I still could have a good sleep, as the seats are fine (though seemingly designed by a team that had a hard time making all the parts fit together at the end). But the rest, forgettable.
This is a perfectly accurate review. Unfortunately for us, Spaniards, what Dan explains in his video is sadly true. And since this is his first experience with Iberia, I can (regrettably) confirm that when compared with other airlines the experience is even worse. Sad, because they don’t care about the clients. As a platinum member of the airline I know what I am talking about.

We experienced decent service on our flights back before Covid from Madrid to Miami and return. The seats in row 1 are really awesome but we were glad we choose row 3 for the red eye, since it isn't possible to switch off the lights in the galley of the A330-200 and it shines right over the curtain into the first row. Even was an issue on the day flight to Miami where we were in row 1. Food was ok, the crew did the job they where supposed to. That's why I said decent, because they where friendly and frequently checked on the passengers and we had several drink services. Of course other Airlines do better but for the price we paid it was ok. And even if the crew doesn't perform that well the hard product is still pretty good for an European airline. So if there's a cheap fair in Iberia Business, I'd definitely choose them again. A spacious, functional seat is so much more important to me than service but that's just my five cents.

I've never flown with Iberia but it seems like everything I've heard is true... It's a shame the crew was less than hospitable. It seems that some of the crews that are coming back from layoffs really arent enjoying the first month or so... I was on a United flight recently with a crew that had only flown twice and they were approaching downright mean. It is a tough job. As always, Excellent video.
@@NonstopDan i will say, I’ve been on 51 flights in 2021 and that was the only negative crew experience I’ve had. 98% have been so happy to be back, cracking jokes at the boarding door chatting as they walked through the cabin.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for the honest review. I'm so sorry you had to endure such atrocious behavior from Iberia staff & dreadful flight. I never encountered such experience from my native airline, mind you I have flown with Iberia since I was a child all over the world. Furthermore, my twin brother was a chief-flight Attendant at this airline for many years, he would be appalled if any of his passengers were to experience such undignified flight. Stay Safe & Healthy... Abrazos
@RomanoGitano you are one of the very few lucky ones ..that got off by coincidence.. I had a horrendus experience wtih Iberia even before getting on the plane .. oh whoops ... i never got on the plane because of them.
I’ve flown Iberia multiple times in the Caracas-Madrid and Miami-Madrid routed honestly I had a pretty good experience. For those specific routes there aren’t really any better alternatives save for Air Europa (that I haven’t tried yet). This was a great video and very fair review.

As a Spaniard and former Emirates cabin crew, I feel a bit ashamed :( Btw we also collected the headphones before landing, but when the seatbelt sign lighted up
Thanks to you Dan for delivering an unbiased review of Iberia. I was looking at booking a trip on Iberia to Spain to catch a cruise out of Barcelona next year. I've marked Iberia off of my list for potential flights.
This is exactly what I was looking for. I am claustrophobic and I needed to see a wide shot of the seats and to know how small/closed the more private seats are. All the other videos show details of the compartments, buttons, etc. Thanks!!
Just realized you are Dan of Oskar and Dan. I've been watching your Nonstop Dan vlogs for a while and just started watching your Oskar and Dan vlogs a couple of months ago. Double helpings of you guys. Fabulous!
Seeing how Iberia are part of the British Air group, and being run by the Vueling Guy, I guess they dont want to improve the product so it wont compete with BA. I have flown Iberia from California to Madrid and within Spain, theyre not the best Airline but they were good and more convenient so I will fly them again.
Never been any different on Longhaul. Their cabin staff are the most senior and very unionised. Customer service isn’t exactly renown in Spain, and Iberia is a prime example for that. Get the service done as quickly as possible and off to bed! They hide behind the “safety officer” role and don’t think the customer experience is important. Always disappointing.
For context, Iberia was famous for their cabin crew strikes in the 2000s, there's a myth that some flights departed with bad or not food at all during those days. My parents flew with them on 2011 and said their economy service was passable, better than Alitalia but worse than BA.
Very useful your comment, Nadia, talking about how Iberia was 21 years ago. Were you the same person of today 21 years ago? Please, a little of seriousness and decency!
No, it is not as bad as they say, it is much worse than a nightmare! I had booked BA for a flight from Brazil to Europe with my family, but the flight was canceles and we were rebooked on Iberia. The flight from Brazil to Europe was as bad as yours, but our return was an eleven hour nightmare.
From what I have literally heard from conversations on air, Iberian pilots are pretty snippy to the ATC's, too. Thanks for saving me money, Dan! I won't be flying Iberian anytime soon! And the food looked so unappealing! Yike!
The food is not exceptional, but it's normally very good. I can attest to that because if my 24 flights to Madrid and back to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I especially like my little bottle of Spanish red wine or Sparkling wine.
I've lived in Spain for 23 years. Unfortunately, I've never rated Iberia, or any other Spanish airline for that matter, to be very good. Hopefully, someone from management may take heed of this video and many of the comments here and take the appropriate action
Yes, IBERIA is of course not as bad as some people say - I have flown quite often with them in Business Class and like the Spanish flair (el ambiente español) which is not that formal but a lot more natural which I prefer. And yes, the Business Class Lounge in T4 (Madrid) is much better than most other Business Class lounges of Airlines like Lufthansa or BA.
Great review... Rudeness of staff's unacceptable.. ppl pay 4x-5x more than standard economy, and expect higher quality of service aboard... as they should...
Hello. I've only just subscribed to your channel and really enjoying the videos, so thank you so much! It's so special to see you travelling with your special man too. I hope you're both happy and well ✈️🌈
Iberia is actually currently changing their on board service, they first started with the physician part, renovating aircraft and lounges, then service in lounges and finally service in flight (which is still WIP)
Probably because they are reserving it for crew to reduce exposure. That's why he said they should have opened it up at the end of the flight when the crew didn't need it any more.
Dan, I really love your videos! I can PROUDLY call myself your BIGGEST fan😂 May God bless you and your family and keep you and your loved ones happy always! LOVE YOU! Take care buddy
Well, one of my flights from Madrid back to the States (out of 12) was through JFK, and that was the friendliest and most agreeable Iberia crew I have ever encountered.
@@leflores91 in my experience Iberia is super friendly to spanish speakers yet not so much to others. I've always had pleasant interactions with the cabin crew on Iberia yet I have seen english speakers receive inferior service
Your video appeared in my algorithm. I just flew Iberia last month. They have to be the worst airline ever. I flew from SFO to Madrid in row 6, which is an exit row in economy. I was aware there is no floor storage during taxi, take-off, and landing. I was not aware there was no overhead storage either. Even with priority boarding (group 2), the bins behind me were full for about 3 rows. I was forced to stow my bag above row 10. Fortunately, the couple behind me in row 7 allowed me to retrieve my bag upon landing, but rows 8-10 were trying to get their bags, so I had to politely nudge people aside to get my bag. Otherwise, I would have waited until everyone de-boarded. To prevent this from happening again, I changed my row 6 seat for the return flight to ANY seat with overhead storage. During my flight to Madrid, I would scan the seats while going to the lavatory to see if there was overhead storage for the rear bulk row seats. Ok, check - there were, but no availability for those rows. Even with row 50 for the return flight, I could not trust the availability of overhead bins so I bought priority boarding again. Apparently, priority boarding was boarding the buses to get you to the plane and not actually the plane itself. I ended up being grouped with groups 3 and 4 and got really lucky with the last available overhead bin space about 3 rows ahead of me. During both meal services, I was given cold food. My seat was broken and would only stay in the reclined position during take off. While seated in row 6 to Madrid, the flight attendants would be sitting in the galley looking at their phones. I swear - service was atrocious. I cannot fly with this airline again. It's just not worth it.
Actually my friend too had a such a worst experience in Iberia A 350 from Brazil to Madrid .. The one he specified is the service they offer is the worst in European .. Such a detailed review Awesome
I don't understand the obsessive needs to collect J class headphone of some of these tier-2 airlines. It seems Iberia is similar to Delta, insisting on picking up their second rate headphones. Honestly, most of these airlines can't pay me to take away their low-quality headphones, especially in today's world of affordable high-quality headphones.
Thank you for this review! It totally represents the real situation with Iberia. To avoid if the purpose is enjoying the business class beyond sleeping
Wow I’ve flown Iberia a couple of times (long haul flights) and thought they were okay and had never heard anything negative in fact I don’t think people talk much about Iberia
As a crew I can tell you, it depends on the way the passenger treat us. At least for his second flight, he started with the wrong foot. Taking a seat (that was occupied, even if the passenger was airline staff) without even bothering to ask will definitely put you on the list of least favourites on the flight 😂 so expect “service quality” accordingly. I’m sure wasn’t your case.
@iberia Thank you for turning what was a magical adventure and first time experince in Europe and Spain into a disastrous ordeal to get back home. Due to your Madrid Airport ground staff's error, mismanagement and most of all total disrespectful etiquette, non-existent customer service caused immense financial, emotional and physical distress to myself, friends and family * 3X additional cost of all my travel expenses in 3 weeks & 5 countries in Europe, to rebook my travel back home. * 4 days to get home when it should have been just 1 day * Having to abandon my luggage with serval sentimental belongings * Missing crucial work opportunities * Missing time with my family who I have not seen in over 3 years Just to name a few of the many distresses that I am still trying to recuperate from. Hope this heeds as a warning to fellow travellers and expecting @iberia and I can resolve this matter.
Not surprised about your comments about service ; it’s exactly like that , they have the worst attitude and this deserves a longer conv . As a Spaniard I know and understand where is this coming from
Wow! What i really love about your vids is that you call a spade a spade..I think you are the most objective reviewer out there. As to this flight. I have been thinking many times about flying Iberia..I always hesitated because of the reputation of their crews..but THIS WAS EVEN BELOW MY LOWEST EXPECTATIONS. Seems Iberia has THE WORST CREWS IN THE WORLD. I want to fly in business class to Miami next year..but heck, never IBERIA. As i also avoid US carriers where crews believe they own the plane, choice will be difficult. The totally outdated C class of my flag carrier LH? No way. Which airline would you reommend on a flight to Miami? Maybe Finnair?
Great video Dan. It's really interesting to see how other Airlines operate. Sorry about the bad service but thanks for showing us a cool video. Those lounges look really nice at least. Always nice getting a shower in a lounge after a busy travel day.
I had 10 flights with IB in the last 8Weeks (long- and shorthaul). I agree 1000% with you! Seating is quite good, but the service is always bad. They always argue with „no.. due to covid“ 🥴😂
I fly business class very often. I would say that most airlines are cutting down the service quality arguing that if is due to Covid. Do they think we are dummies? Planes are the same, service is not.
The crew must have been to the same training school than AirFrance. It seems that Latin base European cultures are not familiar to the words “ I am sorry, I apologize “.
Hi from New England USA! I travel fairly enough, and can't wait to get back at it in the fall, but I've heard so many bad stories from Iberia from my travel friends, Avgeek friends, and really just anyone I know who knows who Iberia is. My first post covid non-solo trip just might be with my last pre-covid travel buddy and bff, but she's starting graduate nursing school this fall having found her calling through the pandemic as an entry level nurse from Feb 2020 to now. I'm almost certainly paying for the both of us to go on a spring break trip in 2022 and I really want to surprise her with premium economy, or even a business ticket to Italy or Spain. Based on this review, I think I'll pass on Iberia unless I work out that economy is the only real way to make this idea happen, but thank you for the review and honest feedback! I'm a longtime follower (passively in 2016), and long-ish time subscriber (since early 2017) and I love you reviews! Keep it up Dan! Onto 500k before 2022, I know you can do it!
Trust me, Iberia is not nearly as bad as this video makes it out to be! The cabin crew is pleasant (just not super friendly - learned that it helps to speak in spanish to them), the flights are rarely delayed and the seats/food/lounge are great. Regardless, Spain is a beautiful country to visit and traveling Iberia won't ruin your trip in the slightest :)
Also as a Spaniard I can only smile with the mistreatment of the cabin crew whenever I board an Iberia aircraft while abroad. It's a reminder of home, and going into any public entity where you are dismissed and mistreated by Public servants. They feel like public servants where they don't have any consequence for their bad service, like our Public servants
I flew Iberia back in 2011 and the service was very similar to what you experienced. People have told me that Iberia's service has gotten better, but I guess it is still very inconsistent as a whole. You would think being owned by IAG, that they would have better training standards for their flight attendants.
Wow, this makes British Airways look like a five star airline. At least with them the great customer service makes up for the poor hard product but I don't know how Iberia are still able to book business passengers with that level of service. Guess the issue is they're the only choice direct on a lot of those routes.
Have flown Iberia from Europe to South America and found it to offer the best service. Their list of destinations, timetable and onboard service was ok. Combining a short hop to Madrid and a long direct one is far better than transiting through the US where forno good reason you have to go through immigration despite the fact you are just in transit. Only gripe was they do not spontaneously offer water during the flight. If in business, their lounge in Madrid offers nice showers and inflight good food.
Hello Im trying to book 2 business seats from the US to Madrid, however I have looked at 10 flights from different airports like JFK, BOS, ORD, and the seat chart only shows window seats as options. The middle 2 seats are not visible at all. Do you have any insight?
terrible, iberia is as bad as airlines in the US, and that's saying A LOT. who cares if business class tickets are cheap, if the service is USA level bad, it's like paying money to get kicked in the balls. thanks Dan for suffering on our behalf, so we all know to avoid iberia like the plague.
My first Iberia experience was different my aunt (LH Crew) and I visited my friend who immigrated to Gran Canaria and I wanted to fly Iberia. We also had an A330 and the Crew was very nice. I was fascinated with Spain at that time and even got a free Iberia Aircraft toy (I was around 7 at that time)
Few years ago I used Iberia from Madrid to London, the flight was in a big plabe like A350 or similar and it was nicer, yes in econony.I asked the cabin cre lady if the drinks were included on the ticket price and she said: The transporation is included ! lol funny. Well BA includes drinks and you can have more than one and a sanwich or some snack or small meal if you flight during lunch time. Why is Iberia doing this to themselves?... they used to include drinks and food, now they play at the level of the low cost.
Well, I would prefer spending more points/miles and getting a better service and food experience. Your report is comprehensive and Iberia's off my "let's try flying X" list. Thanks for the warning.
I have had one experience of Iberia, delays, non communication and zero apologies. That was a couple of years ago so obviously the attitude has not changed.

I was on a United flight recently with a crew that had only flown twice and they were approaching downright mean. It is a tough job.
As always, Excellent video.
That's really sad if true. In general, I've found that flight crews are more grateful than ever to be flying again🙏
Great video, I've flown Iberia a few times now, i've had just as many good experiences as bad experiences.
That's good to hear. I'm not ruling out flying with them again since I really like the seat😃
I flew Iberia last year and actually really enjoyed it
The clip of Mayhem when the FA was eying you killed me. Recently getting into your videos and exploring more of them, thanks for the good stuff!
I’ve flown Iberia multiple times in the Caracas-Madrid and Miami-Madrid routed honestly I had a pretty good experience. For those specific routes there aren’t really any better alternatives save for Air Europa (that I haven’t tried yet). This was a great video and very fair review.
I'm still waiting for a reimbursement for a ticket (since 2014)
Sorry to say, I don't think it's coming anytime soon if you've been waiting since 2014😩😂

Thanks. It's the first time I get to know something about Iberia business class. Thank you again.
As a Spaniard and former Emirates cabin crew, I feel a bit ashamed :(
Btw we also collected the headphones before landing, but when the seatbelt sign lighted up
Thanks to you Dan for delivering an unbiased review of Iberia.
Thanks!!
Wow, I'm guessing the airline treats and maybe pays their employees like crap
Iberia employees have VERY HIGH SALARIES.
Happy that you are posting more often now:)
NO WAY HE LIKED
As a Spaniard I really feel embarrassed about Iberia's service quality.
Great review love the truth greetings from the Netherlands
For context, Iberia was famous for their cabin crew strikes in the 2000s, there's a myth that some flights departed with bad or not food at all during those days. My parents flew with them on 2011 and said their economy service was passable, better than Alitalia but worse than BA.
Equal with BA, both airlines are a hit or miss with crew and service…
Yike!
Iberia is surely the worst "country" airline in Europe, to be avoided at all costs
@@Italymich ps it’s flag carrier haha
@@Horizon301. yes, that
Omg I've missed that😂 *googles Iberia ATC audio*
The two of you are so cute. But you make most of us really feel old, when you tell us that you want to visit 100 countries before turning 25 !!1!
Front lavatory closed due to covid!? Yea that makes sense!
Probably because they are reserving it for crew to reduce exposure. That's why he said they should have opened it up at the end of the flight when the crew didn't need it any more.
It is the same in American when you cross the atlantic
That’s crazy because you’re creating a pile up of people for the bathroom which creates more exposure.
Closed so the flight crew can have their own toilet , and not have to mix with the people who pay their wages- the customers!
Dan, I really love your videos! I can PROUDLY call myself your BIGGEST fan😂
May God bless you and your family and keep you and your loved ones happy always! LOVE YOU!
Take care buddy
Aww your support means so much to me❤️
I just flew to Madrid from JFK , and yes the crew are not friendly at all . I've flown three times with them now, is always the same .
Well, one of my flights from Madrid back to the States (out of 12) was through JFK, and that was the friendliest and most agreeable Iberia crew I have ever encountered.
@@DianaGonzalez-tz3bc How much did Iberia pay you to say that? 😂
@@leflores91 in my experience Iberia is super friendly to spanish speakers yet not so much to others. I've always had pleasant interactions with the cabin crew on Iberia yet I have seen english speakers receive inferior service
Hi Dan, please include hotel rooms review in your trips. It will complete the itenary for the country.
Something that I noticed is how different short haul economy is from long haul economy on Iberia. The former is very, very uncomfortable.
Was about to book Iberia to LPA, you just convinced me to fly KLM
Actually my friend too had a such a worst experience in Iberia A 350 from Brazil to Madrid .. The one he specified is the service they offer is the worst in European .. Such a detailed review Awesome
TAM is better
Nice video Dan! Always enjoy them!
Agreed. I bring my own wired Bose head phones.
I’ll be flying this airline from Los Angeles to Madrid and Madrid to Copenhagen this month
Same here. The thing about the aiport is true but Heathrow was more confusing for example.
@@ma.ceciliarezabalaortega5095 WTF business class tickets are not preassigned to a seat or what? How do you just "take a seat" on an airplane?
Iberia.... Too bad.
@@ma.ceciliarezabalaortega5095 Do you realize how self-incriminating that comment was?
@iberia Thank you for turning what was a magical adventure and first time experince in Europe and Spain into a disastrous ordeal to get back home.
Due to your Madrid Airport ground staff's error, mismanagement and most of all total disrespectful etiquette, non-existent customer service caused immense financial, emotional and physical distress to myself, friends and family
* 3X additional cost of all my travel expenses in 3 weeks & 5 countries in Europe, to rebook my travel back home.
* 4 days to get home when it should have been just 1 day
* Having to abandon my luggage with serval sentimental belongings
* Missing crucial work opportunities
* Missing time with my family who I have not seen in over 3 years
Just to name a few of the many distresses that I am still trying to recuperate from.
Hope this heeds as a warning to fellow travellers and expecting @iberia and I can resolve this matter.
Very nice video that summarizes what to expect from Iberia business class. You did a fair critique.
Not surprised about your comments about service ; it’s exactly like that , they have the worst attitude and this deserves a longer conv . As a Spaniard I know and understand where is this coming from
So unfortunate😩
The color scheme really is like a mental hospital. Was waiting for Angelina Jolie from Girl Interrupted to attack you!
🤣
Same experience with Iberia and Spain, it must be a standard
My only flights on Iberia were in 2016 from Heathrow to Santiago, Chile, via Madrid, and back again. I flew economy. Was generally not impressed
Dont stop Dan ! Always fly 🙏🏼 you can still beat Sam chui
From heart of UAE 🇦🇪 you are welcome any time
@@alielabdimarras7965 Wer hätte das gedacht, Ali, lol. Liebe Grüße aus Siegburg!
Great video Dan. It's really interesting to see how other Airlines operate. Sorry about the bad service but thanks for showing us a cool video. Those lounges look really nice at least. Always nice getting a shower in a lounge after a busy travel day.
I subbed, you still have time!! I hope you got your 500k!
Amazing review Dan!
Keep up the great content!
Thanks John🙏
Awesome video Dan! Just what I needed after finishing my exams👍🙏
Aaaah hope they went well Harvey🙏
I flew business with Iberia from Madrid to New York and it was okay. The cabin crew were friendly.
Even the food was okay.
The crew must have been to the same training school than AirFrance. It seems that Latin base European cultures are not familiar to the words “ I am sorry, I apologize “.
You two are couple goals 🥺
I flew both Iberia on at A350 and TAP on the A339 Neo pre-covid, service was good on both but TAP edged it
One drink at a time? That aint due to Covid its just pure cost-cutting.
Totally agree. Excellent lounge and seats, terrible service, and poor food.
Great review Dan. Hope you both reach your goal of reaching 100 countries and thanks for sharing.
Haha! Couldn't have said it better myself. They are funcionarios (public servants). Nothing more. Nothing less.
Nice video. Fair review based on this specific trip. My experience with Iberia has been better than yours. Safe travels everybody !
Your videos are like a little vacation for me! Thank you
That makes me happy to hear🙏
I flew Iberia back in 2011 and the service was very similar to what you experienced. People have told me that Iberia's service has gotten better, but I guess it is still very inconsistent as a whole. You would think being owned by IAG, that they would have better training standards for their flight attendants.
Wow, this makes British Airways look like a five star airline. At least with them the great customer service makes up for the poor hard product but I don't know how Iberia are still able to book business passengers with that level of service. Guess the issue is they're the only choice direct on a lot of those routes.
hello man thanks for sharing this such a beautiful journey so nice of you my bro keep it stay safe stay blessed
Nonstop Nation would be a great name for a new airline!
Oscar , your hair looks amazing!!!
Staff are usually very friendly on Iberia Regional flights operated by Air Nostrum!!
Hello
Im trying to book 2 business seats from the US to Madrid, however I have looked at 10 flights from different airports like JFK, BOS, ORD, and the seat chart only shows window seats as options.
Hope you both have enjoyed your trip in our beautiful Hispaniola island...
thanks Dan for the update once again
As a former IB kid in high school, damn why'd you have to dig up old trauma LOL
Enjoy Mürren (CH)! Unfortunately we have bad weather up here in the mountains
Dude your channel is awesome.
My first Iberia experience was different my aunt (LH Crew) and I visited my friend who immigrated to Gran Canaria and I wanted to fly Iberia. We also had an A330 and the Crew was very nice. I was fascinated with Spain at that time and even got a free Iberia Aircraft toy (I was around 7 at that time)
You must go to Miami if you want to see an incovenient airport for transit, thats the perfect example of how not to make an airport
Ugh sorry to hear that!
BA, which by far the best option. Cancelled my business class from LDN to São Paulo. I need to fly Iberia via Madrid. Oh no, oh no, no no no no 😭😭
