The process is quick and not too expensive.

The best thing about Labuan is 3% flat corporate tax rate and no dividend tax. But as director you have take min 10000 myr as your monthly salary which will incur approx 1220 myr monthly income tax. This is a small amount considering the savings in the corporate and dividend taxes. Look into this as you are both running a business.
