    There is no time for exercise in the morning that's why I want to do it in the evening. How it will be possible after taking my lunch or what is the time duration I have to maintain? Ma'am

      Exercising in the evening is perfectly fine. If you've had lunch, it's best to wait at least 2-3 hours before starting your workout. This allows your body enough time to digest the food, reducing the risk of discomfort or sluggishness during exercise. Make sure to stay hydrated and consider a light snack if your workout is more than 4 hours after your meal.

      Ek yoga posture ko shuru me 2-3 baar repeat karna chahiye, aur dheere dheere apni capacity ke anusaar 5-6 baar tak badha sakte hain. Hamesha apne sharir ki seemaon ka dhyan rakhein aur zyada stress na karein. Consistency aur sahi technique par dhyan dena zaroori hai.

      Yeah..im also doing this exercice after 1 month my belly shape is change and problem is my thai area ki joint par dard hotain hain exercisre k bad or rato me bhi pet k kidni par dard hote hain i dntknow why 😞 im doinng this yoga in morning khali pet me jada effective hain and anyone plz tell me why my belly pain vo bhi kidni ki do side pe jab sota hu tab jada hote hain but khara ea fer side hoke sone par ea fer balish se sonepar dard nehi hota hain..😢@@Anujsharmass

    Noukasan karnese pet se jada meri tango pe effect karta hain..ayse he mere tang patli hain noukasan karnese or patli to nehi ho jayga?
