It has been over 2 years since my shoulder surgery. I still do these to maintain comfort in my shoulder along with regular weight lifting. It's never been the same though, still don't trust it...
@@UziMovie what type of surgery did you have? I'm in my 4th month post-surgery for a labrum repair. I'm worried my full range of motion will never return.
@@MrBrohamSTL i had a labrum repair in dec 2022 at age 30. it's back to 100%. better stability than my other shoulder. get yourself a good surgeon and don't skip on PT. i went 3x a week for 3-4 months.

After how many months should phase 3 will start?
Can i do these after bankart repairs?
At 1:38 unless someone is a thrower, I don't see why this exercise should ever be done in this position as it's not a daily functional movement
