Hi Tim, ANOTHER Fantastic video! I cannot recommend your channel any more enthusiastically. I'm just beginning week 13 of my recovery from tenodesis/acromioplasty/subacromial decompression/loose body removal, and have followed your videos to a T.
YOUR guidance has been invaluable, many many thanks!

Really useful, thank you! I'm about 4 months post op from a supraspinatus tear and cyst and I'm a tennis player and very worried about trying to serve again (right arm damage from serving, dominant arm) and have problems still with external rotation and abduction since surgery so these are very helpful, thank you! Need to purchase a longer foam roller!

@@physiorehab Yea sounds like it! Think you might be slightly further ahead recovery wise than me, I'm still getting a lot of stiffness some days where bringing my arm high across my chest is a struggle. The wall abduction one, have you got your heels right up against the wall or are they slightly away from it? Thanks again!

Hey what’s up Liv, I just recently had arthroscopic shoulder surgery and i had a few questions for ya. I’m in my 20’s, been dealing with mild to severe shoulder impingement, not affecting my mobility as much but affecting my overall muscle stability and strength. Like I could do push-ups right up up until the point I got the flaring rotator cuff pain and my shoulder gave out. Anyways my doctor diagnosed me with supraspinatus and intraspinatus tendinosis with scuffing and minor tearing of the rotator cuff (not serious enough to need to be repaired and anchored in as originally thought). Anyways I’m about 7 1/2 weeks out from surgery, and I just recently starting weight training again but with an emphasis on doing everything I can not involving any overhead or pressing motion. I thought some background would help give you insight to how similar my injury is to yours. But end of the day my doctor says a major cause for concern was the alignment of my shoulder which has been misaligned for some time now, causing all these issues due to imbalances of support. I’ve been experiencing pain performing certain motions or movements like scratching my back in a certain spot or even raising my arms above my head. Funny thing is though that it has nothing to do with mobility because if I really wanted to I could suffer through the pain and move it. Well I guess my question to you is when did the pain stop, or when did the noticeable pain begin to fade ? I’ve heard that with these types of injuries it can take anywhere from 6 months 1 year to fully recover. Just wanted to get some glimpse of what I might expect down this road of recovery. Anything helps !

@@physiorehab yes, I've signed up and paid for the 24 week shoulder rehab!! Its a little confusing but, well worth it, the therapy exercises are great, and the way you explain every step is very easy to follow, ( the confusing part is on my end lol! , to navigate the program) but I'll get it!! Thank you so much for doing this, it tons better then my actual Pt/ot !!❤

I am a firefighter/paramedic and was involved in a head-on motor vehicle accident. Currently, I am 6 weeks post-op rotator cuff repair, which I had a tear of the supersplinatus, infrasplinatus (U-shape tear) and complete tear of the attaching ligament to the humerus. The orthopedic repaired the said areas and also used a Bioinductive Implant as well due to the type of injury.
I have watched some of your informational videos, which are very detailed. To this point, I have only been allowed passive exercises and after 12/20/2, will begin physical therapy with the exercise bands. Do you have any recommendations on what type of band set I should purchase?
    Thank you for your time
