Had similar work done on my own car and never needed to replace the core support luckily. It gently pulled from the from and pulled the wings back spot on. Bonnet, lights and bumper lined up bang on thank god. This defo needs abit more work and replace the rad for sure. Not worth messing about
Well done mate , I’d definitely get a new radiator make sure it’s OEM best ones for the Subaru not mishimoto or koyorad even though they are good company’s OEM is better 👍
Great seeing you tackle all this yourself on the driveway man, you're an inspiration. Did my first ever brake change the other day, inspired by guys like you, Lee Lockwood etc.
Do it properly hayden fella, anything that could of got damaged then buy used/ new. Im thinking you gotta try selling this car when your done with it and peeps will look back and criteque your repairs as its all over youtube. Awesome content as always buddy and have watched your content for years, from the astra vxr 👌. I still have mine but do only really use it for a toy these days 🙏#Never give up 💪
You need to start from the foundation to check the whole front end isn't twisted or pushed back by taking lots of point to point measurements from each side and comparing. If you get access to a never crashed car to measure against that'd be even better.
Quality video m8 I would 💯% replace the hinges and core support then get your wings on then get the bonnet and everything aligned as you’ll never get a decent panel gap if all the others don’t line up 👍🏻 and keep up the hard work m8 amazing 👌🏻😜
Great video mate think I've jumped the queue and missed last episode but will definitely watch. I'm notfamiliar with Subaru as I work on mercs, however mercedes sell repair kits for headlamps if its just the fitting that are broke. you cut off old fixing and fit new, not sure if subaru do the same
When did you pull the rad support? I thought was bent… But yah I would replace the radiator support frame and put new one one as I very much doubt it’s the hinges making it that off. Also Milwaukee tools are a game changer
New hinges and core support needed, need to replace all the bent shit on the front end or it will never be right and youll be going around in circles. Dont cut corners better take your time do it right mate 👍🏼
@@JustbeingHayden because I wanted it to go smoothly for you but it looks like you need new hinges and possibly the front part that has the bonnet catch on needs some work 👍🏻
If i was to pay good money I'd won't even thing fit pal not being funny put would you buy a car that got glued on head lights lol have had the car looked at to see if the front end not moved
You need new bonnet hinges and a new core support or your be chasing panel gaps the whole time do it right the first time mate 👍🏼
thanks for your comments yes sir I shal :)
