just commenting to say I enjoy seeing what your getting up while I have my tea, keep it up man, I have recently been getting a 2litre TT cant wait to get the mods going, ever since you got your Megane Ive needed a Petrol Turbo Stustustustu
Bro honestly with that it’s not structural just rivit the thing on and for the pipe on the radiator you can get little brass or plastic pipe joiners. Just do what your doing throw it together decent enuff and use it as a daily while doing the s1. Me personly I would have just took the latch off and threw some flush bonnet latches on the bonnet as the car cost you so much to buy I would have wanted to keep costs down
Ignore the bullies, there's always going to be keyboard warriors and armchair critics sitting around in their pants being judgemental. Do what you want matey, you're doing great 👍 PS Get some safety goggles! Eyes cannot be replaced!
Mate you got so many Subaru breakers in brum you don’t need to bodge it.. give Matty baker a bell at mb developments or sha at pole position, bet they have everything you need in one trip
Mate don't listen to these tools who are keyboard warriors saying this and that, I don't see them doing RUclips I don't see them buying salvage cars. You bought the car bud and its your channel you do what is best. Don't listen to the keyboard know it all!
That's because there is no money in it. The larger channels make money because they are monetised from advertising, have a large subscriber base and a lot of views. That alone can pay for the car and its repairs. Selling it / raffling it then makes up any shortfall / profit.
Ok, perhaps I was a little harsh, but you should try and not get too upset about comments. Now, doing it properly will teach you an awful lot more than not doing it properly, and if you continue down the path of buying damaged cars to fix then that will really help you in the long run. Two things. Invest in a digital vernier caliper. It'll help when you need to know the diameter of pipes. Buy some rust converter and brush it on over any rusty areas after you have cleaned up as much as you can with a wire drill brush. Something like hammerite kurust. Do that before you prime and paint anything. Re the weld or rivet, I'd try and weld it if you can.
@@JustbeingHayden and if you can, learn to weld yourself. Again it'll be very helpful to you in the long run if you do more cars like these. Not having to farm work out saves you time and money. To qualify my comments a little further, I want you to do it properly so you learn more, and it'll be right, you won't be having to make adjustments to make things fit. Things will just fit without compromise. Also doing it properly will help people when they're looking for help and come across your video's, you get more subscribers etc.
Mate do what you want. Ignore the negative coments. I would rather do it right 1st time but its not always wirth it. Keep doing the great vids with good content 👌
Just leave the radiator, its got a slight bend, perfectly acceptable and will cause zero issues, it's nearly done
Yo Hayden mate when buying Subaru parts always buy them from ICP if possible all OEM or aftermarket , biggest seller for Subaru parts in the UK
Thank you 💪💪💪

If you want to replace the radiator check if the part numbers are the same and search up the one currently on the car

@@JustbeingHayden Birmingham is literally the Subaru breaker capital of England 😂😂😂
Why does every car on RUclips seem to require a new battery ? lol
Get some rust converter to treat that rust as I prezoom your gonna paint it black again keep at it you'll get there 👌
Bleed through the tank 👌🏻then top rad up after if needed 👌🏻👌🏻
Thanks matey
I would try n send that radiator back, it's probably not going to have the same water flow as the old one with it being a smaller hole
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
So very true these 2.5 engines are very sensitive to change
