I've taken the Gaia brand for a few years now. It gives me clarity and focus. When I was in graduate school, I couldn't retain shit, you know all that reading different books and I was 55, going through menapause. That's when I started taking it. I would take it an hour before reading, sitting at home or Starbucks, I was so focused nothing distracted me. Then I would take it in the evenings an hour before class, I will have retained everything I'd read. During presentations, I was cool, calm, and collected. Now I take it before bed because it helps me sleep and I wake up focused on the day and I take it again about 5:00 in the evening because it also helps with depression, which I've always had bouts with. So yeah, it works.

Hey Tab! Get the powdered form instead. Seems less processed than those Goli gummies. I get it from Marshall's or TJ Maxx for no more than 7.99. I put it in my smoothies.
I must be super sensitive to most things. I took one tablet if ashwaganda and it made me feel jittery and all loopy. I slept for hours too. I didn't take it again.
