This is proof Matt does secretly know what he’s doing. Winter is a great time to buy a convertible, and Spring is a good time to sell a convertible, so when (if) Spring hits, it should be decent profit.
What is it with Automotive RUclipsrs and Abarth 595’s at the moment? This is the third video on one recently!

Saying that your right. I did sell a convertible last Jan or Feb. Guys came from France to look for a convertible and sold it within a day. This time though it looks like car prices have fallen so hopefully mat got this car for a price which he can still make profit on without the dreaded price drops

In 2009 I bought one of the very first Abarths a 500 esseesse. After a Porsche 911 - the Abarth was much more fun (and more reliable!). I had a short shift gear change from Selspeed fitted and I can recommend this upgrade, you get a much faster and neater gear change. I have owned many different cars and can honestly say 'these are great little cars' 👍

Be cautious with the roof! I bought a 500 Abarth convertible last summer for my missus. The very next morning a clip broke in the roof. Turns out it’s a common problem which is ridiculously expensive to repair. Fiat wanted £7000 for a new roof. Funny how you think this is expensive. Go to mainland Europe and even by adding 50% on top of this one's asking price you won't find an equivalent car for sale.

Talking of 1.4/1.5 turbo's, my Sister had a 2010/11 Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart (5 door). What a weapon that was! Big mistake not buying it off her. Now rare.

Got one of these for the wife and liked it at first but soon got sick of it as always felt you were sitting on it and not in it and handling was quite fidgity. Looks like first owner could have voided warranty as ours had to be serviced every 9000 miles.

Right hand drive market. Can't export the cars to the mainland so easily because of that. And the same goes for importing from the mainland. LHD doesn't sell well in UK.

I've got a 1.2 petrol ka (not a flex) but for my needs it's perfect as a second car, cheap to run, insure and tax, ideal for city parking and with the seats down a surprisingly good tip run car. Tiny cars are ace!

I have a 595 Comp, and 5 years timing belts due. There great little motors and great fun, but very delicate. You’ve got to keep on top of these cars otherwise things will go wrong and there not cheap to repair.

I knew 7 mins into the video that it would be a winner. 160hp and 183lb-ft of torque is great fun for a car that weighs not much more than a bag of sugar 🤣
