I just bought one of your kickstarter from your shop and it turns out that the crankbushing seat is pretty good worn out. And I intended to tune this motor so this is a perfect upgrade to the one with 3 bushings.
Fits perfect under my Maxi N who needs a new engine. This would be my second season without riding a moped since I dont have time to fix mine. I hope to pass It to my newborn one day.
my Puch kickstart case was sadly damaged by a previous Owner. Like a screw is completly through the casing so it leaks oil all the time and of course it has 3 bearings.😥This engine block would be perfect to start the tuning as i dont want to tune my old leaking block👍
Because after 20 years of not having a maxi, with all the top stuff coming out, it might be the perfect time to build one again, with the engine was a perfect fresh base 🤩
Na een aantal maanden restaureren, eindelijk mijn maxi af. alles binnenin het blok nieuw ( besteld bij puchshop ). Helaas bleek de basis van de Carters is slechte staat, waardoor alles voor niets is geweest. Een compleet nieuwe basis zou dus geweldig zijn !!

Would be a very nice replacement for the busted one on my wife's custom puch maxi nostalgie that i'm restoring (20 years of ownership) . the busted one has parts broken off, busted cilinder stud threads, warped clutch cover that leaks, geat big dent on the bottom that somehow does not leak and busted oil drain plug threads (all previous owner damage btw.) .
Na 34 jaar ben ik mijn eigen Maxi N aan het restaureren, met de een nieuwe motor zou deze perfect voor de nieuwe generatie zijn om 2-takt luchten op te snuiven 😮😊 mijn zoon van 16 houdt ervan. En het sleutelen kan hij zich ook mooi leren 😊😎

I would like to win it to give it to my brother, he broke his casing because he tuned it to the point where it had so much compresion, it ripped out threads of the engine 😂 he needs a new one because he will be racing the local cross competition and needs to beat bikes like a crf125 with a maxi. He got close last time at 4th place and this year we hope to win something.

Ik heb mijn vriendin vorig jaar een Maxi cadeau gedaan, maar ze heeft moeite met het aanfietsen vanwege de compressie en omdat de trappers net tegen de RS sigaar komen. Ik wil haar dit jaar voor haar verjaardag een kickstartmotor cadeau doen zodat ze hem kan aankicken voortaan.
Ik zou dit blokje wel voor mijn zoon willen winnen. Hij is al anderhalf jaar met zijn Puch aan het sleutelen, maar krijgt hem maar niet goed aan de gang. Elke keer is er wel wat, vastloper, ontsteking defect, en op het moment staat die weer stil. En heeft hij hem weer aan de kant gezet. Het zal mooi zijn als hij door dit te winnen toch eindelijk een keer met de brommer naar school zou kunnen gaan.
