    Thank you for making an English video! I found it a lot easier to follow than RUclips's auto-translated subtitles. They're usually not perfect and it leaves me with more questions than answers in regard to what you guys are trying to say. Keep it up! Much love, Puchshop!

    I have never even taken my clutch cover off. Still learning how to work on my moped. This video will be of great help. Thank you from California!!

    Superb explanations Chris, so much easier to follow in English too. And thanks Robert for more close ups, that really help.

    Great stuff! I have the old model puch without clutch cover and a 2 segment clutch. I am planning to put a 70cc kit with a 15mm bing carburator on it. Will i have to upgrade the clutch or is it possible to use the original one?
    Thanks!

    Great video! Which clutch do you recommend for a 50cc sprint e50 having the power band between 9000 and 13000 rpm and max. crankshaft power 13-14 PS?

    Really appreciate you doing these videos in English, and the timing couldn't be better! I just installed a 70CC TCCD kit on my 78' Puch e50 and haven't messed with the stock clutch, the kit is not yet broken in thanks to snow where I live. What clutch setup would you recommend for a 230 lb. (105kg) rider who rides in a somewhat hilly area? Thanks!

      Id recommend at least a DMP street pro, or an Aramid clutch. For you, the most important part is adjusting the clutch to the right amount of slip.

    I see you're using Dexron III ATF instead of type F . Does it perform differently?

    • @puchshop
      @puchshop  2 года назад +1

      The performance is almost similar, the Dexron was what we had lying around 😅

    Ask a silly question but is the clutch the only place in the engine that you would put oil? Other than the 2 Stroke in the fuel?

    • @mrkakry
      @mrkakry Год назад +2

      There should be some gear oil in the back of the engine as well if Iam not mistaken. Someone please correct me if you see this.

    • @puchshop
      @puchshop  Год назад +3

      The back of the engine and the clutch housing are connected. If you fill up the clutch with te proper amount, you fill the whole rear end of the engine!

    Higher engagement rpm gives smoother take off speed.

    Ik ga binnenkort een 70cc psr setup met een dellorto op een n-blok zetten. Nu lijkt het me dus verstandig de koppeling te veranderen als ik dit zo volg! De vraag is welke koppeling kan ik het beste gebruiken hiervoor voor een aanloopblok? Liever meer top en normaal optrekken. Ook zie ik dat een poelietrekker en shims handig zijn erbij te bestellen?

    • @puchshop
      @puchshop  2 года назад +2

      Poelietrekker en shims zijn inderdaad handig om mee te bestellen! Als je een 'normale' PSR cilinder er op zet, kun je zowel een Aramid als een DMP Streetpro koppeling gebruiken. Als de setup meer getuned wordt (denk aan: carters uitveilen, cilinderkop bewerken, poort timing finetunen) is een HK koppeling of een CLAW koppeling aan te raden. Succes met sleutelen!

    Anyone knows why my maxi s doesn't go over 20 km/h?

    • @puchshop
      @puchshop  4 месяца назад

      Might be an air leak, try starting the bike, then spray some brake cleaner at every place that has a gasket. Other then that, maybe the ignition is done for..
