I probably gave myself solar retinopathy as a child. I can remember around the age of 6 or 7 I would stare into the sun from the backseat of the car. Bright lights nowadays leave slightly glowing afterimages that last for 5-10 seconds maybe? I think it’s probably the main reason I am nearsighted and wear corrective glasses.
@@qj4ib I do not know but I think I know what are you seeing like a small bright blue or purple ish flashes if you doing any activities. Also how is your eyes right now? Are you still seeing black spot? or any discoloration/afterimage spot? has you're OCT scan didn't show any permanent damage?
