      I didn't have an automatic I had a jdm M2B4 LSD 5 speed transmission, it doesn't have a torque converter. But I made close to 320 with the "ZEX" Nitrous kit. I had 100hp jets and 75hp jets buttt who uses 75 when you have 100. Andddd I had a dry shot setup. It sprayed into my intake and pre mixed with the air in the intake manifold, I had the RBC rsx type s intake. It was suchhh a saucey build NO Lie that thing GOT. THE. FUCK. DOWN!! 320HP in a 1900LBS car is SCOOTING in a FWD car with not much drive train loss. But it would still spin in 1st, 2nd and chirped 3rd every timeee and would never seem to stop pulling even at 140mph it would pull until the transmission ran outta gear. The FASTESTTT I ever had it was at 163 on GPS due to the stock ej2 cluster maxing out at 120mph. The speedo would wrap around it was wild asfff! But I had it to 163 maybeee 4 times and it would go any faster. Maybe downhilllll. But under motor and spray 163 in a 1900lbs car and no areo.. that a lot of drag to fight. Thank you so much for making this video I really appreciate the fact that you took the time to put in the work to do a unique build I'm doing some research because even though my girlfriend wants to learn how to drive manual she feels more comfortable with automatic and I think that it's a perfect market for people who are looking to get into Hondas because they get overlooked so much people just want to throw away the Auto cars or swap them there's really a huge potential in the terms of used cheap automatic Honda's. Also in the truck world in the off-road world transmission coolers for automatics are basically like a standard aftermarket upgrade and they have a lot of benefits with those they even have gauges to monitor their transmission temps.

    People forget about the engine before they hear what the transmission is. The power is the same despite the transmission, automatic cars are actually faster on a straight road at a rolling start. When it comes to a drag racing and tracks, manuals are a lot better. Still a nice car.

      Drag cars are better suited for an automatic because they shift faster.

    The only reputable place I know that builds these is Level 10 Performance transmission out of new jersey... that being said I just built my own.
    I went with Allomatic hi energy clutches, translab shift kit, TC lube mod, and an upgraded 3200rpm stall converter.
    Two of the most important things to do are get a standalone cooler w/fan, and DEFINITELY get the tcm tuned and flashed. It's unfortunate that we cannot tune these in the car. I will be sending mine out to Level 10. The only shift kit available for these transmissions is very mild. You need computer tuning to run high enough pressures in these things...

    • @HellHoundOne
      @HellHoundOne Месяц назад

      This is wrong information. Obd2 ecu’s can absolutely be chipped. It is the read only after burning the program to the chip. There are no aftermarket burn and re-write chips in the market. Also, there was some stuff that was in development many years ago to use different chips, and it had been done, but the information never got out and only a handful were ever done. The obd2 chips were so expensive that the cost of tuning became ridiculous and it was just cost effective to go obd1.

    • @aaautosport

      Supercharger might actually be worse due to the instant torque. If you want sound then there's many cheap ways like turbo whistles, fake blow off valves, ect. If you go forced induction you'll make power regardless.
