I quite agree, I got my third generation discounted and got a good price for my Fiesta, and yes they are better styled than the new one in my opinion with a much better engine with 4 cylinders.

Great little cars, but theyre hardly " budget" starting price in the UK is around £17,200, not an inconsiderable sum 🙄

There aren't any budget cars you can buy for new in the UK any more

I purchased a brand new one yesterday in New Zealand for$23,990 NZ. This is approximately 12,000 gbp sterling. We have had a Suzuki Swift previously, bought used with 14K on the clock now has done 304K and still going strong. Great cars. I left the Uk 22 years ago, best decision I made. Britain is a failed 3rd World country everything is so expensive.

@@paulprice8685Here too mate. But it’s cheaper than the VW Polo and cars of similar class.

Here where I live they used to be $12kUSD but after the pandemic they went up to $13kUSD the basic version or GL and the GLX that I just bought costed me $14.5k USD. I caught the sale out since they will start selling the new Swift IV generation soon and that one will be $17k USD so I can say I was lucky since the new one doesn't look as good as this one and they downgraded the engine from 4 cylinders to 3.
