Just made these with a little raspberry puree addition for a Christmas Party in little individual sizes...I think I overcooked the brownie a bit, but the ladies loved them! This is my new Christmas Tradition🎄🧁💘

I made this yesterday came out great except the brownie layer has a granular texture to it. Instead of Using swerve granular you need to use swerve confectioners to avoid this. Other than that was delicious, but don’t care for the texture of the brownie layer. ❤

We need one of those cheesecake baking pans and a hand mixer and we will start making those. I told my boyfriend if we moved anywhere that doesn't sell cheese cake near us we will make our own! This looks delicious! How would you make this if it was all cheesecake and no brownie? Double the recipe? Change times or temps?
They don't need anything. They aren't dry when made according to the recipe. So as I mentioned in that comment on the scones, you either over-baked them, or you used too much flour.
@@Laura-dolphinfan Remember... every oven is different. Yours may run hot. It's also a good idea to weigh the flour, in case you are over-measuring. 2 cups of almond flour should be about 210g. Don't pack it! And don't use the kind of almond flour that's defatted.

You can probably use those in this recipe. It won't work for all of them, but this one should be okay. Because it doesn't add any bulk, the bake time may change a little. I don't know how much to use because I don't know which ones you're using but base it of the amount of "sugar" I use here. So if your stevia/monkfruit says 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 cup sugar, then use 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 cup Swerve.

Monkfruit sweetener is usually mostly erythritol, as is Swerve. So yes.

I am not entirely sure. The cheesecake might take longer to set properly, since it makes things a bit softer.

But you also don’t want to be overly sick. Yoy should be able to spread it in the pan.

Sounds like you will need to experiment. This really isn't overly sweet so I wonder if you used a different sweetener?
