My prime video was working beautifully on my ultra wide with no black bars and then all of a sudden two days ago now I have massive black bars all around it on prime and now I'm here and this extension isn't doing anything that button doesn't show up to fill the screen after downloading the extension

It's even worse when some shows work fine or even when one season works and the next it's super zoomed out. What's insufferable is shot to shot the aspect ratio changing, so you have to manually change it all the time

Why doesn't Amazon just make the movie fill the screen? Even RUclips doesn't do this, and yet normal RUclips videos will fill the screen. When I go to full screen with a movie on RUclips, it puts black bars top, bottom, and both sides. And that's annoying.

Because the video format is 16:9 and the bars are baked in, but they should allow us to crop so we get less black bars though

That exstension dosent work anymore it only tretches the video. and if you try and uninstall it it ends up forcing you too a link where the site automatically adds itself too your google notafications preferences and starts spamming you with pop up pages and requests too "scan with macafee"......... dont do this

This has just happened to me too over the last week or so. It used to work fine but now only stretches the picture horizontally. I have emailed support for Zoom to Fill app guy. Lets see what he has to say.
