  • Hi everyone and happy new year!
    In this video I restorate a old finnish 'puukko' knife. The blade´s patina looked very nice so I did only some fix to it and polishing to the sharp end and did some cleaning to other parts. New handle is made out of reindeer antler, birch bark and curly birch.
    Next project is to make sheath for this knife.

      Handle is made out of curly birch, birch bark and reindeer antler

      Thank you. We have white tail deer but reindeer only come once a year with Santa 🎅

      Yeah that peace of antler was bit too big for the bolster so the inner part of the antler came out when I sanded it
