    DB dynamic warm ups
    1. Side shuffle with arm swings 0:05
    2. Leg swings 0:15
    3. Arm circles/Single arm swings 0:25
    4. Staying alives 0:36
    5. Lunge with hip rotations 0:48
    6. Lunge with chest stretches 0:57
    7. Gorilla swings 1:11
    8. Sit n sweeps 1:28
    9. YTW 1:44
    10. Hand movements:
    a. Chest compressions 2:04
    b. Upper body activations 2:31
