HEALTHY MEAL PREP IDEAS | STEAK & ASPARAGUS STIR FRY RECIPE | HEALTHY RECIPES |

Today we’re whipping up a few flavorful steak and asparagus stir fry meal preps!
This took me about 15-20 minutes, nothing to time consuming.
This style of meal preps are very affordable, of course choose good quality protein and produce. Please, be sure to like, comment and don’t forget to subscribe if you are not already! Enjoy!
Ingredient List:
Skirt Steak , thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium sized yellow onion
1/4 cup, scallions, thinly sliced
10-12 Asparagus, cut in three
Sauce:
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/3 cup raw honey
Seasoning:
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp avocado oil
