You can ask sims to break off with their partner even when you aren't in a romantic situation with them. The option should be somewhere in the Mean interactions under Other sims from what I remember, I used it once to make my sim's friend break up with her husband.

The trouble with your storytelling is that you always leave us wanting more. Does Julie stay on her new trajectory? Does Dan finally get what he deserves? Will her sister find true love? These are burning questions!

I think the only way you can convince a sim to leave their spouse is if you're boy/girlfriend with them.
A suggested end point could be for her to make enough money to move out on her own, bonus round would be to find a steady partner, maybe have a kid on purpose but not essential.
i need more stories like this. this is my favorite video of yours. 4th time rewatching it since just finding you 2 days ago. you and julie's absolute nonchalance "just grab the bottle" sends me. more stories of other sims just being so done with life. youre a great narrator.
I would love to see you play out a story with the Love Triangle Mod. One of my favs now and has a permanent place in my gameplay. 😊

Apparently the reason why they just stand when they go eat at restaurants is because of the items on the table 🥲 so even putting the salt and pepper shaker in the middle of the table for decor makes them do that which kinda sucks which is like the pack has been out for so long but still does that 😭

There’s a mod called “drama by she.” With that mod, you can try and convince people to break up/divorce with their partner.

Has anybody else spent a lot of time adding and playing with characters from their favorite TV shows? I've got the Sex and the City girls living in matching side-by-side brownstones, I just added Schrute's Farm last night (if you know, you know), Derek and Meredith of Grey's Anatomy, The ladies (and families) from Desperate Housewives, and of course.. David Bowie, Iman, and their daughter Lexi. I threw in Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter as husband and wife for laughs. Right when I think I'm coming up with an original idea, I found all of the characters and their homes in the Sims 4 Gallery, smh. saves me a lot of time, so I'm not mad at it tbh.
