I never give sales pitches. I just fast forward through yard sales. It seems like if you interact with the other sim in any way, it disrupts them from buying anything. I've never made a sale after interacting with a sim, only if I leave them alone.

I really like Spa Day too. I have a lot of my sims do Yoga/Meditate and the massages/baths are great ways to get buffs.

I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but it looked to me like the high school principal was stalking Zara.
The problem with the human condition is that people think that they are missing out on something. So, they constantly look for something better. But, life is the best part. A different friend, mate, or family is not the problem. The problem is not seeing what is really important. A peaceful life, with peace loving people. I'm not important, but we are important.
