    folks can't even crack the diet or training element so they go on Reddit and ask advice "how much MG of Tren shall i use for my first cycle"

    Can’t go wrong with bands when warming up. Building muscle is just about consistency, intensity, diet and sleep.
    Looking round the gym these days, there’s very few people with the intensity in their workout to build muscle

    putting a preview of what's coming up in a video you've already clicked on to watch is really annoying. You don't show a trailer to the film that people are about to watch

    What about partials aka short reps vs full range of motion.
    Apparently, the data on partials is results over a long term study proved the same results as full range of motion, but if you're someone just starting out, FRM produced significantly better results.
    I'm doing PT for my sciatic nerve tear ATM and can only do partials because of the leg press machine available and GFD do I hate partials lol!

      Everything has its place. Like on shoulder press i dont fully lock out cos im working my front delts, plus going completely full rom is actually easier as at the top your muscles arnt doing anything, its just all on your joints.

      @@Ojthemighty FOM just feels better to me, but half reps have always given me the most amazing pump. In terms of athleticism and repairing the body from the damage of home and job labor, 💯 full ROM every time.

      There's a guy here on RUclips, Jesse Pawlak, who does all half reps. He claims that half reps are the reason people get jacked in prison, because it keeps constant tension on the muscle and doesn't pass it off to other muscles. I haven't personally tried it in my own workouts but he makes an interesting argument and might have some answers for you.

    • @Ojthemighty
      @Ojthemighty Месяц назад

      @@philanders3705 hes right. Doing full rom is good but if you are trying to get stronger front delts then locking out on a shoulder press is pointless, and not locking out is actually really hard as you are not resting at the extreme end of the movement.
      Try it with bicep curls, youll be shocked.

    how people still think bodybuilding is all about effort? in the 70s and 80s ok to think like that, genetics wasnt common knowledge but nowadays you still didnt get it that you need to have he right genes to be huge..
