You did amazing, especially against an opponent significantly more experienced. It's understandably difficult to defend against someone windmilling on you 😂, but using teeps to maintain distance and lateral movements to setup counter shots really works for me.

I'd say train for at least a year (better to train for longer though, 3-5 years is decent) before stepping into the ring again, if that's a thing you're looking to do. In my eyes, the brain is a precious thing and CTE ain't a joke.
