Elegant mansion for ultrarich elite. Btw, I believe, it's better to say "built-in wardrobe or closet" than "storage". For its price, it could've been better if Apple mentioned more details on its interior finishes. Anyways, thanks for the house tour AV team!👌

what’s missing in this mansion is an elevator. the two rooms in the basement could be the gym & home theatre.

For the basement, I would relocate the rooms to prepare a home theatre as well as for listening and singing, a wine cellar and bar, a sitting area for loud and laugh, and a snooker table. Of course, including the maid rooms and their toilets.

this is a gorgeous house, had to rewind a bit... you didn't really show the garage entrance, it was hidden like Batman's bat cave lol . still a great house tour as usual!

Love watching the properties being featured here. Though, I'd rather watch it with a background music nalang as the details Miss is giving don't really add more info. to what we are already seeing in the video compared with what the Presello house tour host is giving each time she's featuring a property. Love the back stories or fun facts of how the houses are built etc. Hoping AV properties host will also somehow do the same while doing the tour Anyway, keep it up AV properties.
