I am impressed as to how open the house is to nature, at the same time it also makes me wonder how is it going to handle heavy downpours or strong typhoons?
Great question, leahsalonga! The architect and the owner thought of this ahead that’s why they agreed to extend the roof eaves to protect the exterior doors and windows, as well as the sidings from rain, other than shade the windows from too much sunlight. They also agreed to install enough drains as possible, some hidden to not compromise the aesthetic of the house.
I really like this mango house, it's superbly done. The layout, design, style, materials, and workmanship of the structure and fixtures are unique and distinctly elegant. Most notable is the mango tree inside the house. This house is fit for a king and queen. More power!

The house is undoubtedly beautiful. Things that I noticed: 1. Presenter's dress - It's bulky around her waist and butt trying to hide her mic (I guess) and it's really distracting. The videographer should have notice it while filming. 2. Inconsistent color of the video - some clips are overexposed, some are very warm. 3. Maybe don’t cut the video from one place to another. Just let her walk to the next so we don’t get confuse. 4. And maybe the video editor would slightly rotate some clips so it would be horizontally aligned. Nakaka-OC yung ibang part medyo nakatabingi. 5. Very informative house tour. Kudos! Hoping for more videos to come!

I believe she might be the best broker presenter I have seen on U-tube , from many. Informative detailed, transportive and inviting presentation. She does not just point to things and say- here is the microwave , here is the wine frig., She is a star !

Great question, leahsalonga! The architect and the owner thought of this ahead that’s why they agreed to extend the roof eaves to protect the exterior doors and windows, as well as the sidings from rain, other than shade the windows from too much sunlight. They also agreed to install enough drains as possible, some hidden to not compromise the aesthetic of the house.

I really like this mango house, it's superbly done. The layout, design, style, materials, and workmanship of the structure and fixtures are unique and distinctly elegant. Most notable is the mango tree inside the house. This house is fit for a king and queen. More power!

The house is undoubtedly beautiful. Things that I noticed:
1. Presenter's dress - It's bulky around her waist and butt trying to hide her mic (I guess) and it's really distracting. The videographer should have notice it while filming.
2. Inconsistent color of the video - some clips are overexposed, some are very warm.
3. Maybe don’t cut the video from one place to another. Just let her walk to the next so we don’t get confuse.
4. And maybe the video editor would slightly rotate some clips so it would be horizontally aligned. Nakaka-OC yung ibang part medyo nakatabingi.
5. Very informative house tour. Kudos!
