For a fairly spacious lot property it left very little natural breathing space with only the left side portion for cosmetic landscape garden. The house practically took up all the lot area and the pool of what's left in the remaining lot. They will probably put a few token landscape trees and shrubs.

Near the swimming pool there is a 'wash area'. Does that mean an outdoor shower for after you swim? Really hope it's not an outdoor area where you put the washing machine and dryer. There should be an interior room for the washing machine and dryer.
My observation nowadays extensive use of house versus lot size..not much garden aroubd the house..if a house builds next door it would look. Tight. An 850 square mtr. Home should have a lot size of 1500 sq. Tr. ..

My only questions is.. Why you built a big house, halos wala ng space nig garden to walk around bug garden. Dikit na sa pader.. Kaya nkaja dissapointed. Pangit tignan yung ang laji ng bahay pero halos Dikit na sa pader.. Walang gaano malapad area for wide garden..
Paano ma aapreciate nang clients ang ganda ng bahay kung makalat at di pa tapos ? 😥
1.) Clients can just ask them to view the house in person once it’s done and clean.
2.) Time and money. They have to look for a possible buyer asap para naman maibalik yung ininvest sa pagpapatayo ng house. Tsaka madaming naghahanap ng bahay araw-araw, sayang ang oras kung after few weeks or a month pa nila ipapatour sa ibat-ibang agents. Kaya may mga condo units na binebenta kahit hindi pa tapos gawin ang building.

You mean clay roof tiles? There ones that are suited to like Dow clay tiles. The key to this type of roofing is on installation. And that is the problem as very few actually know how to put them properly.
