Grabe, exceptionally gorgeous. The entertainment room is the best, a space to entertain or even hold own Art exhibit. Even throw a fashion show. Wow! I'm just uncomfortable about the flood during rainy days.

Best house i've ever seen so far 😍 I love everything in it! What fascinates me more is the walk way from the 2nd floor family area going to the master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms which looks over your living area. And the 3rd floor is so massive! Lots of space including the viewing deck. This house is perfect, I just wish I can afford it 😂

I see some nice elements. But I worry about the big unshaded window fronts. It will get very hot quickly and you will need lots of electricity for aircons. Not a sustainable design.
it may be tinted and adding blinds will resolve those issues

I have already watched a lot of house tour but still non of the houses has a built in washer and dryer. You could find them all the time at the back or side of the house. Are the architects in the Philippines not considering it in their design. Every new houses in the US has it and it is so simple to incorporate it in the design.
Where do you want it like in the us or canada? You might as would look for a basement

I love the vaulted (two story) living room ceiling. I would love a house like this, but with a big lot, 1,800 sq meters (1/2 acre) for more privacy, with perimeter wall around the boundary of the property - American style.......in Tagaytay, or in Clark City.......
For a house this big, it's very much underpriced at P35M. It reminds me of 3 rules in real estate: Location, location, location.
Spoiler: Cainta is flood-prone.
Disclaimer: I'm not saying that the location of the house per se is flood-prone, but knowing Cainta, you might pass by a flooded road or street during rainy season.

nice design and build quality but it's not industrial not just because you have a concrete screed wall that makes it industrial design just like some design are classified as green design just because it has lots of plant/garden accent.
