    I´ve experienced this “clonk” a couple of months ago. We opted for a buckshot by replacing the control arms, Coupling rods and tie rod ends. The noise disappeared right after the control arms exchange. So, here it was its road-side bearing, which generated the noise. Cheers for the great vid, mate!

      @@PBGarage would be great if you could do some on the convertible tops, not hardly any info out there

    Good video! I think if lube was required for rubber bushings then the OEM would have put some on from the factory, or included a provision (ie grease nipple) to replenish as the elements washed it away. I'd side with you, just install dry and move on with life.

      100% dry with rubber!
