Do you know which MKs servos are compatible? I was looking at the fkysky servos and they look just like the mks. But I have better access to mks and gears should I need them.
Hey Craig, I got a question that no one seems to know the answer. I just picked up a Hobbywing XD10 for one of my cars and while I know that you can control some parameters via I-Bus using a Noble Pro… No one seems to know if the same can be done with the normal NB4. I get that the NB4 doesn’t have quite the same capability as the Pro but no one seems to empirically know the answer for sure. I’d love your feedback on the issue. I would love a video on it but even a reply would be great. Seriously. No one has the answer. Not Hobbywing nor FlySky.
The xd10 isn't listed by hobbywing as being ibus 2 programmable on their site and there are no settings on the pro or nb4 firmware for it? The only hobbywing esc that has ibus 2 programming at this time is the axe r2 system
Traxxas esc's are very slow so you will have to set the servo frequency on the nb4 to manual 280hz as digital is around 400hz and the traxxas esc's can't calibrate at 400hz it's too fast for them :)
Assuming, that I want to use it with INR4-GYB with integrated GYRO, will plugin it to default channel 2 and setting the port to IBUS2 work ?
Should do as that port will be set to ibus 2 steering but I'll be doing vids and checking if anything else needs to be changed.
@@WTFRCCars more video Idea!🙂 Keep up the good work, you really are a great source of information.
I notice the MKS logo on the screen of the transmitter. Are the MKS servos ibus2 compatible?
Yeh both power hd and MKS make ibus 2 servos as well as flysky

@bryandortch MKS are the oem for flysky servo ;) but I don't have any access to mks servos so not sure
Hi Guys, does anyone know how to set up SSR mode on the NB4?
Depends on the servo you need to have the servo and transmitter frequency match

By chance can you help bind my nb4 to my vxl set up🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@@WTFRCCars does it take a long time I put it in 280hz and still ain't binding
No it's instant which receiver are you using ?
@@WTFRCCars FS-FGr4
@@WTFRCCars ya I even tried my hobbywing 10bl120 and wouldn't bind 2 that either
