- This week we run through some quick setup and features of i.BUS2 from FlySky to work with the recent Hobbywing AxeR2 (Axe R2 Firmware #01-01.0.01) system update. The update does some great things for the Axe R2 combos with new brake and FOC tuning, even lower RPM, and adds in the ability to provide live telemetry (S.BUS2) data to the FlySky radio.

Nice! I just happen to have bought a flysky NB4 and run hobbywing esc’s in all my rigs
I just got the Xerun XR8 Pro G3 + the Xerun 4268 G3 motor and got the flysky temp and voltage sensors connected to make the same think work... it makes too much cables going on...
Hope this will be supported a.s.a.p on the Xerun XR8 Pro G3 1/8 scale for my buggy and truggy. the only reason I switched to flysky is for the temp and voltage alerts.

We hope to have IBUS.2 integration in more platforms soon, but nothing official has been announced.

Ohh buddy. Yay for being one step closer to my dream rc electronics setup. Are there going to be updates for xd10 esc too?
Feel like I need to share my "dream" rc setup. Its largely based on whats possible in fpv drones. I want elrs integrated into a brain unit that modularly mounts/attaches to the esc. This brain unit would include: gyro+rx+uart for addressable led ws2812b+bluetooth programming+lots of pwm outputs for servos and other functionality like fpv integrations. All of this is already available on $40-60 fpv wing/drone FC boards it just needs to be optimized for surface rc and a solid configurator built. The configurator could be a modified version of betaflight, or i-nav. Going to something like elrs means you can add so much functionality without having a super complicated or expensive radio.
Has there been any news of this option being available in there 1s esc?

Does it work with regular nb4 and new nb4+ as well?
Will this come to xd10 pro esc??
