I recently started bringing water upstairs to drink when I wake up and I think that's a great tip that a lot of people wouldn't think to do. My healthy switch for 2024 is drinking tea with milk instead of coffee with liquid creamer and my stomach is feeling so much better already!
Vitamin D and it is specifically Vitamin K2 that directs the calcium to go to your bones so it doesn't settle in your soft tissues. Lovely video and channel.
Alcohol takes 40 days to vanish from your body alltogether. There is a German song: "Alle Tage ist kein Sonntag, alle Tage gibt's kein Wein" which means: not every day is sunday, not everyday you get wine. If you only have one day a week you drink alcohol or eat sweets, it is something special and tastes better. Your health will improve.
