Very wise to realize happiness is often found in what we take away rather than what we add to our lives. Science studies agreed with what some philosophies teach, that your life/happiness improves much more by removing something that annoys you or fixing a problem, rather than adding something you want. Think of how much joy in life is stolen by ill fitting shoes. Great topic. Left turn, liked the swIpe and bubble pop sounds. Punctuated the points but also just bubble pop makes me smile.
I am totally with you on working out at home. I used to try going to the gym and like you said by the time you get there, you’ve already wasted so much time. I love to work out with Paula B on RUclips. I’ve been exercising with her now for two years, and I feel great!
The way I do it is I tell myself a low outcome that will happen and then if something better happens, I am always happy. For example, say it's Mother's Day, I tell myself I will be getting a small card for it. And then, if something more than a card happens, you will automatically be happy because you were only expecting a card. Or, if you want to have a great weekend, tell yourself you will be staying home and doing nothing. And then if something more happens, you'll be happy about it. Kind of weird but it works really well for me to do it this way.

I love how down to earth you are. You come across as a friend. I can relate to so many things you said. Thank you for talking about real life.❤
Thank you so much, Eydie! 😊💕

Thank you so much, Ellen and great point about the shoes! Also so glad to hear you like the pops - I love to know that! 😊
I love assembling furniture. Although... I do curse most of the way thru. But I'm so happy to stick on felt dots and stand it up.
Haha, you are better than I - I can't take it! :)

Awesome! I’ll have to check out Paula B. I’ve been doing ACHV Peak! So much easier than the gym right?
I'm with you on all of these except I do pour over coffee so I just make that as needed. ☕
Thank you Jenny!! 😊
Hi Taryn Maria! I love you and your video, I subscribed!💕😻
Yay thank you so much, Roselyn! Welcome and I’m so glad you’re here!
How did you let go of the expectations?
