Que adaptação excelente do thc... Infelizmente ($$$), vou utilizar o cabeçote manual da minha fiberlaser para montar uma mesa cnc... se puder passar como fez com o thc. Já havia imaginado usar um sensor capacitivo, e tentar liga-lo ao thc. É possível graças ao seu video... Só não sei como fazer.
@@TAMARbarCNC Wow, how is this possible, most THCs use arc voltage to maintain a consistent distance from the plate while the torch is cutting but you were demonstrating it without cutting, nor does a fiber laser have a arc. Awesome machine that you have built btw!
My THC uses arc voltage as well. I've managed to connect the fiber laser head capacitance sensor to the thc. So the sensor sending voltage to the thc, and the thc thinks it's arc but it not haha.

@@chrisfischer511 Eso es correcto, los sistemas FScut tienden a ser costosos, existe la opción de trabajar con Raytools uno para lamina y otro para tubería individualmente pero el costo de ambos todavía no alcanza lo que sale un solo modulo de cypcut 😅
I'm using centroid acorn 4 axis plasma controller. It's a plasma controller kit from centroid that includes THC, and I've made it compatible with fiber laser.
También es posible usar sistemas híbridos paso-paso con encoder, tienen a funcionar muy suaves a la vez veloces, solo debes dimensionar segun sus necesidades...

It's not auto focus.
Auto focus in fiber laser is something else entirely.

Currently yes, besides the rotary axis with is servo.
I plan to replace all the close loop to servo.
Why in closed loop finishing not good dude?

@renyk if you want to cut tubes square tubes I recommend that you'll use fscut3000s
