- DIY fiber laser 2kw cnc machine build.
it's an integrated cnc machine for sheets cutting and tube cutting.
using acorn centroid 4 axis plasma controller.
DIY fiber laser THC.
machine design is inspired by AVID CNC design.
WELL DONE !
Damn , Thats Impressive , your a smart dude!
Thanks for video. It was useful
very cool and good to know there is a way to use the THC logic when converting to laser.
This is supper impressive.
Very impressive!
really impressive, im build my first CNC Plasma table but has wondering if it isnt better to start off with a fiber laser.. haha ;D
Eres un crack
Hi very beautiful conversion , may i ask what is the amplifier type and thanks a lot
Thank you for sharing this Tamar Bar! This is incredible! What are you using to post the g code? Sheetcam? also what thc were and are you using?
Hello, good video, what parameters and gas do you use?
I have the centroid acorn 4 teknic clear path servos. I originally intended to use them to build a cnc router but after seeing your video, I think the job I intend to use it for would be better suited on a fiber laser. Would you consider making a build guide? Cheers
Good work plase make video on wiring digram and component used
Manual focus head? I've been looking around and no controllers available for auto focus heads other than the expensive FScut ones. I want to build my own table but need auto focus. Good job on the machine.
Hi. You built a great machine. I want to make one too. Tell me, do you have servo motors there? What power? How to keep the dimensions on these construction profiles. Regards
Very nice machine build. I am considering a laser conversion now that I have seen yours and a few others on the tube. I imagine budget was a consideration in selecting a 2kw. Assuming a larger budget, would the table dynamics preclude a 6 Kw conversion? We'd go with a high pressure air compressor. Again, nice build.
First of all thanks man.
If you want to consult with me I'm happy to help you.
Available on Facebook as "tamar bar"
Class build! Could i ask, what software are you using to program this? Both on the sheet and the tubes. Thanks
Hi, nice build. I have a plasma cnc as well, and the cut quality is not the greatest, especially cutting small things. I'm looking to do a 2kw laser source as well. What controller do I need. Do I need a thc like a plasma. I'm not sure of all the components I would need, thank you.
Very cool! How much did you spend?
Saw you post something on Ninjas, was thinking man i really wish he had a RUclips series on this.... days later, I find this! good job dude. How much was the Raycus 2kw source?
Share laser connection diagram and schematics ....really impressive
Specially the laser head and source with acron THC
I'd like to see real speed footage of this. Nice Build.
Sure, I will upload more videos soon
About how long does the oxygen tanks last? Any chance of sharing file for the rotary tube chuck? Impressive build we have chatted on fb centroid fourm.
You mean the front chuck?
@@TAMARbarCNC yes the one with rollers
Is your 2kw fiber laser 8s single phase input power?
Hi, very nice build, can you give some consulting?
Was the base of the machine a DIY build or is that something you bought?
I've built it, it's based on avid cnc design m
What is the model of the laser head capacitive sensor amplifier?
Hi is it possible to use Masso G3 controller on the laser that you use?
Yes
@@TAMARbarCNC Can you share your plan of your 4 sxis rotary. The rotating mechanical with roller that holds the pipe that is attached on the gantry.
Good Job.which THC did you use to send the analog signal?
It's a controller kit from centroid.
It's called centroid acorn plasma 4 axis controller
Are you using LFS PM T43 or LFS AM T43 for head sense?
LFS AM T43 AP01 S
Thank you very much Friend.
Have you used LFS controller?or it's a direct output from amplifier?
Wiring difference bw fa cut 1000 and mech 3
What is the model of the plasma table?
What did you mean which model? It's a machine that I've built based on avid cnc machines
do you remember me
Of course man, your my inspiration.
