Still interested how it all works on acorn board
nice video, do a built video plase
Which supplier do you buy extrusion from? I am looking for one but I am not sure which to go with
@strider5402 I have a supplier from China. If you want his info contact me at my email- zeusgripss@gmail.com
what you did is amazing, congratulations❤
the tension of the spring, how did you manage to trick it ?
@kingpixelftw1960 what do you mean by "trick it"?
thc measures spring tension the laser uses a capacitive sensor how did you manage to make thc see a false voltage sorry google translate
@kingpixelftw1960 the thc measures the arc voltage. The capacitance sensor measures the distance between the laser nozzle to the work material (sheets or tubes).
What laser is this? Can I use for Langmuir
@romoalex technically yes but I doubt that it will work well..
I want to try and build this.
@@justintupicruz6324 are you interested in building the plans?
@@TAMARbarCNC That would be amazing if you have them .
@@justintupicruz6324 sure. You can contact me at my email zeusgripss@gmail.com
@@TAMARbarCNC sending now
Thanks for the video it was really useful
That’s cool
Awesome work! Can we see the roller clamp adjust on another video? Very inspiring. edit: nevermind i found your video on the chuck. Very nice!
That is how your laser cuts?
Could you maybe make a video of how the pipe gripping chuck works? I've seen several prototypes, and the trapezoidal threaded one worked best. Maybe you'll automate that too?
fabuloso. nice work.
what servo motor?
@@konstantingraphics1806 90st 1kw
Nice, do you use thc for Arcon thc plasma?
@@kingpixelftw1960 yess
What kind of laser cutter you using, and where did you get it.Thanks
@Maxspert it's raycus laser source 2kw (rfl2000c) I've got it from China.
WELL DONE !
Hello, good video, what parameters and gas do you use?
Hello, good video, what parameters and gas do you use?
what is your controller?
Dude that is some amazing stuff right there!!
Is that a slew bearing? Where did you source one I know they are expensive
That is built like a tank to last forever!!❤
Fantastic build! How did you beating the chuck head?
Good evening, Tamar. I see that laser is getting better and better... I watch your videos with great interest. In the near future I would also like to try my hand at building a similar machine. Can you tell me what gear ratio you use for planetary gearboxes mounted on the axles? Hi, greetings Michele.
@pupinrimorchi5359 thanks. I'm using 1:5 ratio but 1:10 would be better
Thank you
Can you help me with the model of your chiller, thank you, and the power.
Did you make the trolley/chuck and positioner the same diameter and pulley sizes so you could slave them with the same controller and commands?
@@joewboe yes
Does the motor on the clamp still do the rotation or is it supposed to get a new function?
Both rear and front chuck are motorized with a servo
@@TAMARbarCNC Is it necessary to have both? Because of turning forces/strength?
@@GeoffHou yes. It makes a huge difference when cutting long and heavy tubes.
@@TAMARbarCNC I presume the front chuck clamping force is manual and that it makes no sense to motorize them
@@GeoffHou I meant that both front and rear chuck are rotating with a servo motor.
I like your solution for the x axis helical gear tensioner. I was thinking of a pulley system but a planetary setup like yours looks more simple.
Looking Awesome
Google "retinal damage" ...
Hi first of all very nice design and ideas with you laser. I have questions: What linear rail are used in this project (X, Y and Z and on this anti backlash system idea? 20 or bigger?) What module of rack and pinion (what size, how much tooth and so on) What planetary gearboxes you use ? (can you share link to shop or where you order them ?) What kind of servos you use/using on this project ? (also link as above) Thanks for info Regards
@3TH0NET hgr20 rails for all axis. Hgr15 foe anti backlash system. Planetary reducer 1:10 Helical gear rack 1.5 module with 20t spur gear.
Good day How much power does the laser have? And how do you get such beautiful cuts in steel? Would you tell me the parameters and the gas? Thanks Stefan
I'm using raycus 2kw laser source, it can cut up to 16mm mm carbon steel. Regarding the laser cutting parameters it's depends on the thickness you cut.
Looks great! What laser is that? What’s the power output? And why did you pick it?
Its a raycus rfl2000c (2kw) I pick it because it's suitable for the carbon steel thicknesses that I want to cut.
@@TAMARbarCNC nice. What thickness can you cut and what feed rate? Do you use shielding gas?
By the manufacturer it can cut up to 16mm. Regarding feed in not sure cause I haven't tried it. For cutting carbon steel i use oxygen.
Did you speed up the video ......its nice to look at
היי, נראה מדהים, גם אני בניתי פלאזמה ורוצה להפוך אותה ללייזר, יש מצב להתייעץ אתך?

Are you interested in selling the plans to build a machine like this?
Sure, you can connect me at zeusgripss@gmail.com
Hi!, you sell any plans for building this? Specially the electronic and pneumatic wiring and control schemes.
You sell a plants tô build ?
Yes I do. You can contact me at zeusgripss@gmail.com
Was the base of the machine a DIY build or is that something you bought?
I've built it, it's based on avid cnc design m
Mr Bar, do you have an email address. I could not find it, under your page. I would like to see if you could build a rotating Chuck you design
Zeusgripss@gmail.com
How much gas do you go through?
Depends on how much work I have for the laser..
Great work!! The rotary part is even more cool. Will you ever do a video with explanations on how to go about building it though? I have been following your work for over a year now hoping I would get to build one my self. I have experience building a CNC Router and CNC plasma using GRBL and mach3 controller. I imagine the mechanical part of the machine could be the same as other CNCs. Could you give us more information about the electronics and software side of the machine. If not in a video, we could chat on email or WhatsApp.
did you use rack and pinion on X, Y and rotary axis feed? I really like your system
Yes helical rack and pinion
@@TAMARbarCNC I'm planning the same, but I was thinking of using a straight toothed rack and pinion
@angelotrezza9256 I recommend you to use helical rack ti eliminate the backlash
😮
qual o sofetware que esta usando ?
Please assist if its possible ❤
Sure what you need?
Great. I want pic how you do this laser
What air compressor use?
Using oxygen not air
@@TAMARbarCNC that is very expensive?
@cncplascncplas6926 it's not cheap that's for sure but it's depends on what material you want to cut and what thickness, machine sise, depends also if you want no cut sheet only or also tubes.
@@TAMARbarCNCok thanks, you don't have an industrial compressor, you only cut with gas tanks?
@@cncplascncplas6926 yes
