    Es un trabajo impresionante muy bien echo , que servomotores montás? Y la fuente del laser que potencia tiene? Es decir cuál es la capacidad Max de corte?

      For y and x axises I use 1.8kw servos. For the rotary chucks I use 1kw servos. For z axis I use 750w servo. My laser source is raycus 2kw

    Very nice build! You might want to consider putting a filter on the air intakes to the electrical cabinet.

      @rickswanberg4995 I don't use compressed air fir cutting. Only use oxygen and nitrogen. I don't have a powerful enough compressor unfortunately 😔

      @@TAMARbarCNC It depends on how dusty your shop is. If you check and clean the sponge like filter regularly, no problem. Larger filters are needed in a shop with woodworking equipment or other machines that produce large amounts of dust such as grinders.

      @Conexfitness my machine is an integrated tubes and sheets cutting. -Y1&Y2 gantry (forward and backwards) -Y3 rear chuck (forward and backwards)

    Tamar, you don't need such powerful servo motors only to drive the axis when the laser, unlike milling, routers, or lathes machines, don't touch the material to cut it

    Awesome job! Do you think smaller thinner fiber cable of engraving source like 50W Raycus could be put in drag chain like that Without breaking? Also, a 1500W Raycus could run on a generator of 8kw?

    another thing, for tube cutting, I think you can translate XY cordination into polar coordinates, don't move laser head, just move rotate motar, maybe it save money and neednt buy other hardware

    nice job, for your laser part, I think China Alibaba have cheapest price than skyfire. your laser source brand is "锐科“ in chinese, and last thing is how to repare laser source. it is so trouble if some laser pump dosent work,there are many little laser pump source to merge one. I learn some guy use 350w CO2 laser to cut steel, it is more cheaper.

    Nice job brother. I kinda ran out of stuff to build lately. Did a CNC router 5' x 40", Finnish a lathe, ball screws and hi-win bearings. Not CNC yet still playing with it to see if it's rigid enough (so far looking good). Next maybe a plasma CNC. Like a laser the structure doesn't have to be that rigid. we shall see. Haas mini mill and a Tormach 770 mill in house make things a bit easier.

    Question: Are you pretty much strictly laser now and are you more satisfied than you were with plasma? I am considering just doing a full conversion of my current plasma table to laser only. Thank you sir

    Merci pour la reponse . au sujet de centroid quel carte aurait tu achete ou bien il y a tu d'autre carte pour les 7 moteur , pour un axe rotatif sur le marcher que tu connais . moi aussi j'ai acorn sur mon diy cnc router . Merci pour les information , je vais essayer de savoir si il y a un marcher chez nous .

      @fodaodocs the capacitance sensor sending the data ro the amplifier. The amplifier sending the data 0-10v analog to the plasma controller THC. that's pretty much it haha.

    I hope you do a review of the Raytools controller I know you don't have an FSCUT board with Cypcut to compare to but I'm really torn as to what is a better option?

      @MyDanglingUnit I will do a full installation video and a tutorial of the software. Regarding which one is better, I can't say for sure, but I can say it is a fact that the raytools controller is half of the price (fscut3000s vs AX3000T)

      @@roscombot the whole machine frame is made from 8080 heavy aluminum extrusion. Only the gantry is from 16080 heavy aluminum extrusion

    1 Есть смысл сделать скользящий зажим. Сечение профильной трубы не идеально на длине 6 метров. 2 На подшипниках нужно убрать фаску, чтоб плоскость была ровной без "канавок". В эти канавки будет забиваться грязь, и подшипники будут тормозить. В целом ОЧЕНЬ хорошая работа. Я скопирую у Вас, с вашего разрешения.
