Nice job brother. I kinda ran out of stuff to build lately. Did a CNC router 5' x 40", Finnish a lathe, ball screws and hi-win bearings. Not CNC yet still playing with it to see if it's rigid enough (so far looking good). Next maybe a plasma CNC. Like a laser the structure doesn't have to be that rigid. we shall see. Haas mini mill and a Tormach 770 mill in house make things a bit easier.

Looking good! I'm excited to see how you do the pneumatic tube support. Do you have a large press brake or are you outsourcing the bending?...I want to see some bending footage : )
