    How do you feel about using frozen spinach? Cause i have some left over from a spinach pie I was. making.

    Will be making this on Sunday, which happens to be paneer making day! I have loads of kale from the garden that I blanched so what better way to use than in a palak paneer :)

    Just tried this (using cavalo nero instead of kale). Amazingly delicious! And it really is worth taking the time to chop the spinach into small pieces.

      It's Apetina paneer, available in most big UK supermarkets

      The taste won't be the same. You can get paneer in Tesco or you can make it yourself.

    I wish I could find WHERE to buy paneer!
    I live in an Amish area,,, and NYC is 3.5 hrs away!,,, I can’t justify traveling tgat far for paneer,,,😔☹️

      Chetna has posted a recipe on here - MASTERCLASS IN PANEER -and only 2 ingredients. I'll be trying it this weekend. Her recipes are so straightforward I have no doubt it will work perfectly. Let's both give it a go.😋

      You can make your own. Its super easy and quick. If i remember correctly, its just milk and lemon juice.

    I like to toss the stalky bits of the kale in the blender/mixer with the water that's to be added later on! No sense in wasting that fiber... Kaley-water😅

      yes that one is great too but I like the texture of this, sadly every recipe cant please everyone. Glad you enjoy the other one
